Resumo
Esse estudo teve como objetivo analisar o impacto de conflitos intraorganizacionais nos
resultados de empresas familiares de pequeno e médio porte atuantes no setor de
panificação em Brasília - DF. A metodologia utilizada no presente trabalho permitiu
classificar a pesquisa como estudo de caso, que se baseou em levantamento bibliográfico
para a análise dos dados. Também é possível classificá-la como exploratória, com análise
qualitativa. O estudo de caso considerou a realidade das empresas DuPão Panificadora e
Confeitaria (E1), Panificadora Doce Pão (E2), e Master Pão Panificadora (E3), todas elas
negócios familiares de pequeno e médio porte situadas em Brasília – DF. A coleta de
dados foi realizada mediante envio de questionário estruturado via e-mail para as
empresas selecionadas. Os dados foram analisados mediante análise de conteúdo. Os
principais resultados obtidos demonstraram características principais em comum entre as
empresas familiares desta pesquisa, como a falta de profissionalização e desorganização,
pelos membros da família, de patrimônio pessoal com o empresarial se fizeram presentes
em todas as empresas analisadas. Ao final pode-se concluir que os conflitos
intraorganizacionais têm interferido nos resultados das empresas familiares, fazendo-se
fundamental que sejam gerenciados para que seja possível mitigar os riscos inerentes a
esses conflitos.
This study aimed to analyze the impact of intra-organizational conflicts on the results of small and medium-sized family businesses operating in the bakery sector in Brasília - DF. The methodology used in this work allowed classifying the research as a case study, which was based on a bibliographic survey for data analysis. It is also possible to classify it as exploratory, with qualitative analysis. The case study considered the reality of the companies DuPão Panificadora e Confeitaria (E1), Panificadora Doce Pão (E2), and Master Pão Panificadora (E3), all of them small and medium-sized family businesses located in Brasília – DF. Data collection was carried out by sending a structured questionnaire via e-mail to the selected companies. Data were analyzed using content analysis. The main results obtained demonstrate main characteristics in common between the family businesses in this research, such as the lack of professionalization and disorganization, by family members, of personal assets with the business, which were present in all analyzed companies. In the end, it can be concluded that intra-organizational conflicts have interfered in the results of family businesses, making it essential that they be managed so that it is possible to mitigate the risks inherent to these conflicts.
