Resumo
A presente pesquisa aborda Museologia, Memória e Educação, e tem como objetivo
reconhecer como as pessoas se apropriam das suas memórias e como isso contribui para
o desenvolvimento de sua consciência crítica do mundo. Em abordagem teórica verifica
a influência do pensamento do educador brasileiro, Paulo Freire, enquanto referencial
significativo aos dois campos, com ênfase às suas reformulações, nomeadamente a
Museologia Social e a Sociopedagogia que, em diálogo, constroem o aporte necessário à
discussão sobre memória e identidade, no reconhecimento da função social que compete
às ações museológicas e educativas, pela promoção da justiça social e pelo
desenvolvimento humano.
Apresenta como objeto de estudo a experiência sociopedagógica por uma Educação
diferenciada na comunidade Quilombola de Conceição das Crioulas, localizada no
município de Salgueiro, estado de Pernambuco, nordeste do Brasil. Traz ênfase à
iniciativa da comunidade em registrar as suas histórias de vida como forma de
reconstrução cultural e fortalecimento da identidade de resistência, em favor das suas
lutas, primordialmente a reconquista e proteção do seu território.
Como metodologia utilizou estudo de caso, orientado pelo método hipotético-dedutivo,
com abordagem qualitativa, complementado pela metodologia Histórias de
Vida/Narrativas biográficas.
The present research deals with Museology, Memory and Education, and aims to recognize how people appropriate their memories and how this contributes to the development of their critical awareness about the world. In a theoretical approach examines the influence of the thought of the Brazilian educator, Paulo Freire, as a significant reference to the two fields, with emphasis on their reformulations, namely Social Museology and Sociopedagogy, which, in dialogue, build the necessary contribution to the discussion about memory and identity, recognizing the social function of museological and educational activities by promotion of social justice and human development. The object of study presented is the sociopedagogical experience by a differentiated Education in the community of Conceição das Crioulas, located in the city of Salgueiro, state of Pernambuco, northeastern Brazil. It emphasizes the initiative of the community to register their life histories as a way of cultural reconstruction and strengthening of the identity of resistance, in favor of their struggles, primarily the reconquest and protection of their territory. As methodology, was used case study oriented by hypothetical-deductive metod, with a qualitative approach, complemented by the Histories of Life/Narratives biographical methodology.
