Resumo
Esta Tese tem como objectivo, contribuir para a construção de uma Creche e Jardim
de Infância num bairro social de modo a minimizar a realidade actual, bem como a
problemática nos "Bairros Sociais". Este estudo incidiu sobre o Bairro da Cova da Moura,
situado no concelho da Amadora, sendo considerado um dos mais perigosos da cidade de
Lisboa.
O Trabalho iniciou-se com uma análise á origem do Bairro da Cova da Moura, ao seu
desenvolvimento e, posteriormente aos seus habitantes a fim de, compreender as suas
características e vivências.
Na sequência deste trabalho, verificou-se a existência de inúmeras carências afectas
ao bairro e à sua população, constatando-se que são nas camadas mais jovens, nomeadamente
da infância à adolescência que incidem a maioria destas adversidades.
Neste contexto, a proposta de trabalho será a concepção do Projecto de uma Creche e
Jardim de Infância, apelando a uma educação mais eficaz e proveitosa, proporcionada em
condições de conforto arquitectónico, tendo em conta a zona onde se insere e a população que
servirá, tentando interligar o bairro e a convivência dos seus habitantes com as populações
periféricas.
Mediante a análise destes espaços serão mostradas algumas apreciações feitas para a
concepção deste tipo de Equipamento, bem como de alguns conceitos e renovações nos
mesmos referentes a questões antropológicas, ergonómicas, tipológicas, funcionais e de
alguns problemas e dificuldades associados.
This work aims to contribute to the construction of a Nursery and Kindergarten in a housing estate in order to minimize the current reality and the problems in "social housing". This study focused on the District of Cova da Moura is situated in the municipality of Amadora district and is considered one of the most dangerous city of Lisbon. Work began with an analysis of the origin of the District of Cova da Moura, its development and subsequently its inhabitants in order to understand their characteristics and experiences. That said, it was found that there are many needs allocated to the neighborhood and its people, noting that they are the younger, particularly during childhood and adolescence that affect the majority of these adversities. In this context, the proposed work will be to design a Nursery and Kindergarten, calling for an education more effective and profitable. Provided architectural conditions of comfort, taking into account the area where it operates and the people who serve, trying to connect the neighborhood and the living inhabitants of peripheral populations. Through analysis of these spaces will be shown some assessments made to design this type of equipment, as well as some renovations on the same concepts and issues relating to anthropological, ergonomic, typological, and functional problems and associated difficulties.
