Vinculação, narcisismo e componentes relacionais adultas

Abstract

Na presente investigação, o principal objectivo foi perceber em que medida o estilo de vinculação adulta e o narcisismo podem influenciar o compromisso e a satisfação no relacionamento adulto. A amostra foi constituída por 136 indivíduos (30 do género masculino e 106 do feminino), aos quais foram aplicados um Questionário de dados Sociodemográficos, Relationship Questionaire, Narcissistic Personality Inventory, Commitment Scale e Relationship Assessment Scale. Os principais resultados indicaram que os estilos de vinculação, mais especificamente relacionados com o modelo de si e do outro, têm influência determinante na forma como é experienciado o relacionamento, nomeadamente ao nível da longevidade e da satisfação relacional.The purpose of this investigation was to understand in which measure the type of adult attachment and narcissism can influence the commitment and satisfaction in adult love relationships. The sample was made up of 136 individuals of both genders (30 males and 106 females), in which the following questionnaires were applied: Sociodemographic Questionnaire; Relationship Questionnaire; Narcissistic Personality Inventory; Commitment Scale and Relationship Assessment Scale. The main results indicate that certain types of attachment (mostly related to the model of itself and the other) are connected with the way in how the relationship are experienced, mainly at the level of the overall satisfaction and lastingness of the relationship.
