Resumo
Este artigo é fruto de inúmeras discussões que ocorrem no cenário educacional, ao situar suas análises sobre o professor e o desafio atual de construir a
sua identidade profissional, uma vez que a profissão de professor é um dos ofícios mais aludidos no foco das exigências sociais. Como o ponto de partida
para a reflexão em questão é a formação continuada, o texto faz referência ao que dispõe a superação da dicotomia teoria- prática? E cita também o
trabalho do CREFCON – Centro de Referência em Educação e Formação Continuada do município de São Gonçalo, apoiando as demais discussões nos
pontos de vista de teóricos que buscam situar as políticas públicas dirigidas à educação, sob a perspectiva de lê-las dentro de uma ótica em que as
mesmas representam a mudança necessária à qual a educação deve vivenciar, ressaltando que a transformação esperada se traduz nos resultados da
mudança proposta em toda a conjuntura formativa do professor, tanto inicial como continuada.
This article is the result of many discussions that occur in the educational setting by placing the analysis of the teacher and the current challenge of building their professional identity, since the teaching profession is one of the jobs that is the focus of most social demands. As the starting point for reflection in question is the continuing education, the text makes reference to what has to overcome the dichotomy between theory and practice. It also cites the work of CREFCON – Centro de Referência em Educação e Formação Continuada in São Gonçalo, supporting the other discussions on the views of theorists who seek to place public policies aimed at education, from the perspective of reading them in a perspective in which they represent the necessary change to which education should experience, noting that the expected transformation is reflected in the results of the proposed change in the whole situation of the teacher training, both initial and continuing.
