| dc.description.abstract | O envelhecimento populacional aliado às baixas taxas de natalidade tem sido demonstrativo de um cenário que, atualmente, o povo português vivencia nos centros de saúde, nos bancos de jardim, em prédios antigos, e em muitos outros lugares em que, escondidos dos olhares públicos, vivem idosos carregados de histórias e vivências, gastas por uma dor que todos falam mas ninguém ouve. São precisas mais respostas sociais que apoiem os idosos em várias problemáticas diárias; como tal, procurámos com este estudo refletir criticamente sobre a temática da violência nos idosos, construindo um programa de intervenção juspsicológica no âmbito da Psicologia Forense e da Exclusão Social. Foram estabelecidas medidas preventivas e interventivas para a violência neste grupo etário e, aliado ao trabalho desenvolvido em comportamentos e circunstâncias de risco, dedicámo-nos, simultaneamente, na projeção de medidas que investissem e promovessem a inclusão destes ao restante grupo social. Para tal, foram estudados os vários tipos de violência em dinâmicas de atuação, contextos, circunstâncias, medidas de punição e controlo social, trabalhando, paralelamente, em temáticas envolventes ao processo natural de envelhecimento integrando-os na restante comunidade. | dc.description.abstract | The aging population allied with low birth rates has been demonstrative of a scenario that currently the Portuguese people experiences in health centers, garden benches, in old buildings, and many other places where, hidden from public eye, elderly people live full with stories and experiences, worn by a pain that everyone talks about but nobody listens. More social responses are needed to support the elderly in various daily problems; therefore, this study tries to critically reflect on the theme of violence in the elderly, building a juspsychological intervention program within the Forensic Psychology and Social Exclusion. Preventive and interventional measures for violence have been established in this age group and, combined with the work in risk behaviors and circumstances, we have devoted ourselves simultaneously in the projection of measures to invest and promote the inclusion of the remaining social group. For this purpose, various types of violence in dynamic performance were studied, contexts, circumstances, measures of punishment and social control, working in parallel in the themes surrounding natural aging process integrating them in the rest of the community. The elderly were our working motto to ensure that, in the future, we can have more people dedicated to this social phenomenon. | en |
