Relatório final de estágio na Equipa Sub-17 de Futebol do Sporting Clube de Portugal como Treinador de Guarda-Redes – 2021/2022

Resumo
O presente relatório é a reflexão do processo de estágio para a conclusão do grau de
Mestre em Futebol – da Formação à Alta Competição, da Faculdade de Educação Física e
Desporto da Universidade Lusófona. O estágio foi realizado na equipa de Sub-17 do Sporting
Clube de Portugal, nas funções de Treinador de Guarda-redes.
O principal objetivo deste relatório é demonstrar o trabalho desenvolvido em
específico no treino de Guarda-redes, com base num modelo de jogo durante a época desportiva
2021/2022.
O relatório começa com uma introdução à importância do treinador de Guarda-redes
nas equipas técnicas, uma vez que o Guarda-redes apresenta uma posição especifica dentro do
jogo de Futebol e assume uma preponderância crescente no modelo de jogo da equipa,
seguindo-se uma apresentação da instituição e contexto de estágio. Posteriormente aborda-se o
processo de treino, modelo de jogo e contexto competitivo, com foco nos Guarda-redes.
Após um enquadramento teórico-científico que serve de base para todo o relatório,
sucede-se um estudo sobre as ações técnico-táticas do Guarda-redes em jogo, nas diferentes
fases competitivas do campeonato que a equipa disputou. Os resultados remetem para um maior
número de ações ofensivas relativamente às defensivas, não existindo diferenças significativas
ao longo das diferentes fases, com exceção da forma de chegada da bola ao Guarda-redes, da
zona do campo de início da ação técnica e da ação técnica ofensiva usada pelo Guarda-redes.
Em conclusão é feita uma reflexão final da época desportiva, que foi de evolução como
treinador e como pessoa, tendo terminado com a conquista do campeonato.

This internship report is a reflection of the internship process for the completion of the Master's degree in Football – from Training to High Competition, at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport of Lusophony University. The internship was carried out in the U-17 team of Sporting Clube de Portugal in the role of Goalkeeper Coach. The main objective of this report is to demonstrate the work developed specifically in goalkeeper training, based on a game model during the 2021/2022 sports season. The report begins with an introduction to the importance of the goalkeeper coach has a fundamental role in the technical teams, since the goalkeeper has specific position in the game of football and a growing role in the team’s game model, after that is presented the institution and internship context. Following, there is approached the training process, game model and competitive context, focused in the Goalkeepers. After a theoretical-scientific framework that serves as a basis for the entire report, there is a study on the technical-tactical actions of the goalkeeper in the game, in the different competitive phases of the championship that the team played. The results suggest that there are higher number of offensive actions than defensive, with no significant differences during the different stages, except for the way of arrival of the ball to the Goalkeeper, the zone of the fiel where the action starts, and the technique used by the Goalkeeper. In conclusion, is made a final reflection of season, which was of evolution as a coach and as a person and ended with winning the championship.
