Resumo
A crise social em que se encontra a Europa obriga-nos a repensar a realidade de hoje a partir da vertente socioeducativa. O processo de inserção laboral torna-se cada vez mais rigoroso, mutável e complexo para responder as exigências de hoje. Estes factores agudizam-se em sectores vulneráveis como é o caso dos refugiados que chegam aos nossos países com uma imperante necessidade de se inserirem no mercado de trabalho. Este artigo tem como objetivo oferecer novas vias e recursos tecnológicos que permitam a construção de projectos sociais e profssionais mais efcazes e operacionalizáveis; neste caso, dirigidos às mulheres refugiadas já que estamos ante um colectivo especialmente vulnerável e desfavorecido neste campo. Afgura-se-nos fundamental que iniciemos aqui os processos de análises e exploração da realidade laboriosa e cultural do país de acolhimento, com a fnalidade de adquirir um conhecimento mais realista do que lhes oferece e lhes solicita o mercado a que desejam aceder. Em suma, apresentamos ferramentas para que as mulheres refugiadas planifquem adequadamente o seu processo de integração e inserção sócio-laboral, uma vez superadas as difculdades iniciais aquando da sua chegada.
The social crisis in which Europe fnds itself obliges to reconsider the reality of today from the socio- educational aspect. At the same time, the process of labor insertion becomes increasingly demanding, complex and changing of content in their demands. These factors, if any, are exacerbated in some agreements collective, as is the case of refugees, who come to our countries with a prevailing need to achieve the immediate employment and social stability.The objective of the work presented here is directed to offer new avenues and technological resources that allow the construction of social project and professionals more effective and successful, in this case for the women refugees because, within this group, they are the most vulnerable and disadvantaged in terms of insertion and integration is concerned. To do this is essential for that the start in analysis and exploration of the reality of labor and cultural life of the country of refuge, with the purpose to gain a more realistic understanding of what it offers and demands the labor market to which they wish to access. In short, we present some tools for refugee women plan adequately their process of integration and socio-labor insertion once that the initial obstacles at the time of your arrival were suppurated.
