Resumo
Com este trabalho de dissertação, pretende-se uma revisão de literatura sobre este
fenómeno da prostituição. A base de incidência deste trabalho concentra-se na
prostituição do género feminino de rua. Contudo, iremos abordar Definições e
Conceitos acerca da Prostituição, uma breve passagem pelas notícias Históricas da
Prostituição na Antiguidade e em Portugal ao longo dos tempos. As diversas fases da
Legislação e o código penal Português. Os seus atores intervenientes neste mundo do
trabalho sexual, um relevo sobre a importância da Promoção da Saúde nesta população
excluída socialmente e a Redução de Riscos no que concerne a Portugal.
With this dissertation, we intend to review the literature on this phenomenon of prostitution. The reserve base of this work focuses on street prostitution of females. The various stages of legislation and the Portuguese penal code.
