Resumo
O objetivo da presente investigação teórica é o de elaborar um plano de
intervenção relativamente a comportamentos conflituosos na infância/adolescência
sinalizados nas Comissões de Proteção a Crianças e Jovens. A delinquência está muitas
vezes associada a comportamentos antissociais, sendo fulcral uma intervenção precoce
nesta problemática, visto que tem vindo a receber uma especial importância de toda a
comunidade académica que se dedica ao seu estudo, bem como de cada País, sendo
necessário prevenir e reinserir o jovem na sociedade convencional, de modo a que tais
comportamentos (delinquentes) não progridam para a vida adulta. Para responder aos
objetivos propostos, este trabalho divide-se em duas partes distintas, a primeira parte diz
respeito ao enquadramento teórico, focando-se principalmente no fenómeno da
delinquência juvenil e nas possíveis perturbações de comportamento que lhe poderão
estar associadas. A segunda parte consiste na elaboração de um plano de intervenção que
possa minimizar os efeitos nefastos que esses comportamentos comportam para os
próprios e para a sociedade.
The aim of this theoretical research is to develop an action plan regarding the conflicting behaviors in childhood / adolescence, that have been followed by the Protection of Children and Youth Commissions. Delinquency is often associated with antisocial behavior, being crucial early intervention in this problem, as it has been given special importance to the entire academic community that is dedicated to the study and each country is necessary to prevent and reinserting the young in conventional society, so that such behaviors (offenders) do not progress to adulthood. To meet the proposed objectives, this work is divided into two distinct parts, the first part concerns the theoretical framework, focusing mainly on juvenile delinquency and possible behavioral problems that you may be associated. The second part is the development of an intervention plan that can minimize the adverse effects that these behaviors pose to themselves and to society.
