Resumo
O marketing digital está em constante evolução e as marcas precisam de acompanhar esta evolução. Estas, precisam de acompanhar os consumidores e ganhar a sua confiança, para isso é necessário que transmitam o seu verdadeiro valor.
As marcas passaram a tratar os consumidores como seres humanos e pessoas individuais, tiveram de criar estratégias para cada pessoa, conforme as suas necessidades, desejos e comportamentos; isto é, com cabeça, coração e alma.
Deste modo, no seguimento do estágio curricular realizado na Rosários 4, o presente relatório tem como principal objetivo a caracterização e descrição, de forma detalhada, de todas as atividades desenvolvidas durante esse período.
Seguidamente, complementando com todas as competências adquiridas no decorrer do mesmo, será analisado o conceito de marketing e a sua evolução até à era digital, onde será abordado o conceito de Marketing Digital, a importância da criação de conteúdo, e estudados alguns métodos de medição de performance; serão analisados os 8 P’s do Marketing Digital; assim como a crescente evolução das diversas redes sociais e social media.
