vitalidade, autonomia, passionalidade e
rituais associados a ideais coletivos. Estes
e consumo. Como decorrência, a
formação e partição da imagem pública associada
ao espetáculo político-mediático. A consecução
deste processo depende das paixões,
como dispositivo de compreensão teórica e de
manutenção dos espetáculos político-mediáticos.
This article analyses the process of transformation of public events into a politicalmediatic spectacle. The hypothesis is that it occurs only when the event’s quality is relevant on its potentiality, vitality, autonomy, passionality and rituality, all associated to collective ideals. These are indicators which characterize its impact on society, individuals and institutions and therefore can be used by political institutions and mediatic organizations which convert it into a political-mediatic spectacle from the event’s appropriation and its translation to the media aesthetic, the journalism, the propaganda, the entertainment, the political speeches, media ceremony along with commercialization and consumption. In consequence, we find the constitution and division of the public image associated to the political-mediatic spectacle. This process’s achievement depends on passion as a mechanism of theoretical comprehension and maintenance of the political-mediatic spectacle.
