Resumo
Esta dissertação tem como objetivo descrever o processo de projeto em arquitetura, nas suas diferentes fases e alternativas, fazendo-o através de texto, imagens, plantas, cortes e alçados. Recorreu-se ao programa da unidade curricular de arquitetura do 5º ano, da Universidade Lusófona do Porto como auxílio, de forma a sintetizar o conhecimento adquirido ao longo dos cinco anos de aprendizagem. A dissertação estrutura-se em cinco capítulos, possuindo o primeiro uma breve introdução sobre a escolha do tema e o desenvolvimento de cada capítulo. O segundo incide sobre o contexto urbano da zona envolvente à parcela em estudo, e o terceiro sobre a organização dos espaços interiores de cada edifício. O quarto capítulo, por seu lado, aborda todas as questões de estrutura dos edifícios, com auxílio a pormenores mais detalhados, e a importância da iluminação natural no volume da igreja. Neste capítulo apresenta-se ainda, como caso de estudo, a Igreja de Santa Maria, em Marco de Canaveses, e a sua influência no projeto em discussão. O último capítulo é constituído por uma breve conclusão sobre o tema da dissertação.
This dissertation aims at describing the design process in architecture, considering the different stages and options, using text images, plans, sections, and elevations. The program of the 5th year architecture curricular unit at Universidade Lusófona do Porto was used as an aid, to synthesize the knowledge acquired over the five years of education. The dissertation is in five chapters. The first offers a brief introduction on the main theme and the development of each chapter. The second is on the urban context of the area surrounding the plot under development. The third chapter is about the organization of the interior spaces of each building. The fourth chapter addresses all the issues of the structure of buildings, with the help of selected details, and the importance of natural lighting. This chapter presents the case study of the church of Santa Maria, in Marco de Canaveses and its influence on the project under discussion. The last chapter offers a brief conclusion on the theme of the dissertation.
