Resumo
O presente estudo investiga a natureza da resiliência, a relação entre resiliência, afetividade positiva, felicidade e autoeficácia e as diferenças entre sexos para as variáveis em estudo.
A amostra foi composta por 250 estudantes universitários, de várias universidades de Lisboa e Santarém.
Foi utilizado um questionário com variáveis sociodemográficas e com as seguintes escalas: Escala de Resiliência, Escala de Florescimento e Escala de Afeto Positivo e Negativo do Diener, PANAS, Escala de Autoeficácia Generalizada e Escala de Felicidade Subjetiva.
Optou-se por manter duas dimensões da Escala de Resiliência, houve diferenças entre sexos para a Afetividade Positiva e Florescimento e constatou-se uma correlação positiva entre Resiliência, Afetividade Positiva, Autoeficácia e Felicidade.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the resilience’s nature , the assessment of the relation between resilience, positive affect and self-efficacy and its association with the variable gender. The sample consists of 250 college students, from various universities of Lisbon and Santarém. It was used, as research instruments, a questionnaire with survey sociodemographic variables, Resilience Scale, Flourishing Scale, Positive and Negative Affect Diener’s Scale, Self-efficacy Scale, Subjective Happiness Scale and Positive And Negative Affect Scale. It was decided to keep the two dimensions of the Resilience Scale , there was a positive correlation between Resilience , Positive Affection , Self-efficacy and Happiness and there were differences between sexes for Positive Affection and Flourishing
