Resumo
A gestão de recursos humanos é um tema que ganha cada vez mais importância no seio
das organizações e, por isso, tem sofrido muitas alterações ao longo dos tempos. As
empresas precisam de capacidade de atração, motivação e retenção de recursos
humanos para que possam garantir uma vantagem competitiva face às concorrentes.
Este estudo tem como objetivo abordar o conceito da gestão dos recursos humanos e da
humanização nas organizações e verificar então se estes podem ser pontos
diferenciadores na competitividade das organizações no mundo empresarial.
Este trabalho visa ainda o estudo da evolução da visão das organizações em relação aos
seus colaboradores, a importância dada pelas mesmas no desenvolvimento
comportamental e a contribuição das práticas de humanização para a identificação e o
desempenho dos mesmos.
Adotando uma abordagem metodológica quantitativa, divulgamos um questionário pelos
colaboradores da Europcar, obtendo um total de 29 respostas.
Através das respostas obtidas concluímos que os trabalhadores desta organização estão
satisfeitos com a mesma e com o trabalho lá desempenhado, o que poderá indicar boas
práticas de gestão de recursos humanos.
The management of human resources is an issue that is gaining more and more importance within organizations and, therefore, has undergone many changes over time. Companies need the ability to attract, motivate and retain human resources so that they can secure a competitive advantage over their competitors. This study aims to address the concept of human resources management and humanization in organizations and then verify if these can be differentiating in the competitiveness of organizations in the business world. The work also aims the study of the evolution of the organizations' vision regarding their employees, their importance in behavioral development and the contribution of humanization practices to their identification and performance. Adopting a quantitative methodological approach, we gave a questionnaire to Europcar employees, obtaining a total of 29 responses. Through the answers obtained we conclude that the workers of this organization are satisfied with it and with the work performed there, which may indicate good practices of human resources management.
