dc.description.abstractEste relatório tem como principal foco o Estágio Pedagógico realizado no 2º ano do Mestrado em Educação Física nos Ensinos Básicos e Secundário da Universidade Lusófona - Centro Universitário de Lisboa, realizado na Escola Secundária Padre António Vieira, em Lisboa. Ao longo do ano, tive a oportunidade de acompanhar uma turma de 10º ano do Curso de Ciências e Tecnologias com cerca de 26 alunos. Esta era uma turma bastante característica, tendo algum comportamento indisciplinado ao longo das aulas. Durante o ano de estágio, fomos avaliados em 4 áreas distintas, a Lecionação, o Desporto Escolar (DE), a Direção de Turma (DT) e o Projeto Seminário. Em relação à lecionação, foi a área onde passámos mais tempo e, por isso, teve um maior foco da nossa parte. Ao longo do ano tivemos a possibilidade de organizar as aulas de acordo com as Metas, Avaliação, Gestão, Instrução e Clima (MAGIC), tendo várias atividades que ajudaram a desenvolver e ultrapassar todas as dificuldades, como por exemplo o Professor a Tempo Inteiro (PTI) e o projeto Braço Direito, com a turma de 11º ano de outra professora de Educação Física. No Desporto Escolar, tive a possibilidade de acompanhar um grupo de alunas de Ginástica, trabalhando as suas necessidades e dificuldades, mais precisamente na Ginástica de Solo e Acrobática. Ainda houve a possibilidade de trabalhar a criatividade através da criação de esquemas gímnicos, sendo o foco do meu Projeto Específico. Na área da Direção de Turma, tive a oportunidade de colaborar com a Diretora de Turma e perceber o papel que esta tem ao longo do ano no acompanhamento da turma, dos alunos, professores e Encarregados de Educação. Ao longo do ano, tive a possibilidade de estar em várias reuniões, de forma a acompanhar todos os passos necessários para orientar uma direção de turma. No Projeto Específico, tive a possibilidade de compreender de que forma é que o Diretor de Turma, e os restantes professores, pode trazer um ambiente de trabalho disciplinado. No seminário, o foco essencial estava direcionado para a lecionação da Ginástica de Solo e as diferentes formas de a trabalhar durante as aulas de Educação Física (EF), especialmente através de situações lúdicas e da colocação de metas e desafios para os alunos.pt
dc.description.abstractThe main focus of this report is the Pedagogical Internship carried out in the 2nd year of the Master's Degree in Physical Education in Basic and Secondary Education at Universidade Lusófona – Centro Universitário de Lisboa, carried out at Escola Secundária Padre António Vieira, in Lisbon. Throughout the year, I had the opportunity to follow a 10th year science and technology class with around 26 students. This was a very characteristic class, with some undisciplined behavior throughout the classes. During the internship year, we were evaluated in 4 different areas, Teaching, School Sports, Class Management and the Seminar Project. In relation to teaching, it was the area where we spent the most time and, therefore, there was greater focus on our part. Throughout the year we had the possibility of organizing classes according to Goals, Evaluation, Management, Instruction and Clime (MAGIC), having several activities that helped to develop and overcome all difficulties, such as the Full Time Teacher and the Right Arm project, with the 11th grade class from another Physical Education teacher. In School Sports, there was the possibility of accompanying a group of Gymnastics students, working on their needs and difficulties, more precisely in Floor and Acrobatic Gymnastics. There was also the possibility of working on creativity through the creation of gymnastics schemes, which was the focus of my specific project. In the area of Class Management, I had the opportunity to collaborate with the Class Director and understand the role she has throughout the year in monitoring the class, students, teachers and guardians. Throughout the year, I had the opportunity to be in several meetings, to follow all the necessary steps to guide a class direction. In the Specific Project, I was able to understand how the Class Director, and the other teachers, can create a disciplined work environment. In the seminar, the essential focus was on teaching Floor Gymnastics and the different ways of working on it during Physical Education (PE) classes, especially through playful situations and setting goals and challenges for students.en
