A importância da equipe pedagógica na atuação educacional com a criança autista

Resumo
Este estudo teve como objetivo geral analisar a importância da equipe pedagógica na atuação com a criança autista e como objetivo especifico identificar a importância da equipe pedagógica na atuação educacional com a criança autista; observar como a equipe pedagógica atua; analisar como é montado o planejamento dos profissionais e observar como se desenvolve as atividades educacionais com a criança autista. A pesquisa de campo foi desenvolvida utilizando a abordagem qualitativa e quantitativa, através de um questionário de perguntas abertas e fechadas. A amostra do estudo foi constituída por professores, pedagogos, psicopedagogos, fonoaudiólogos, fisioterapeutas, psicólogos e coordenador do Centro de Referencia Educacional Especial que atende quarenta e uma escolas da rede publica municipal de Belém. Analisando a atuação destes profissionais, suas duvidas e conhecimento sobre a síndrome do autismo o estudo apontou uma necessidade de maior esclarecimento e sobre o assunto bem como a necessidade de uma formação continuada destes profissionais para atuarem de forma mais satisfatória na educação especial, apesar dos vários anos de experiência com a educação especial, reconheceram as lacunas deixadas na sua formação, bem como o conhecimento parcial sobre o referido tema. Na conclusão das analises da pesquisa identificamos que o profissional que apresentou maior desconhecimento sobre o tema da pesquisa foi os assistentes sociais, deixaram 60% dos questionamentos da pesquisa sem respostas por desconhecer a importância da equipe pedagógica na atuação com a criança autista, os demais profissionais, psicólogos, fisioterapeutas, professores – pedagogos, fonoaudiólogos e psicopedagogos reconheceram esta importância, mas também apontaram dificuldades para atuar com a criança autista, bem como apresentaram duvidas sobre a síndrome do Autismo, apontando assim uma necessidade de uma melhor formação destes profissionais, e de uma formação continuada, além de estudos sobre o assunto.
This study aimed to analyze the importance of the pedagogical team in the performance with the autistic child and as specific objective identify the importance of pedagogical team in educational activities with the autistic child ;observe how the pedagogical team acts ; analyze how the planning of these professionals is mounted and see how are developed the educational activities with the autistic child. The field research was conducted using qualitative and quantitative approach , through a questionnaire of open and closed questions. The study samples was consisred by teachers , pedagogues , educational psychologists , speech therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists and the coordinator of the Special Education Reference Center that serves forty-one network schools publishes city of Belém. Analyzing the performance of these professionals, their questions and knowledge about autism syndrome, the study found a need of further clarification about the subject as well as the need for continuous training of these professionals to work more satisfactorily in special education , that despite several years of experience with special education , has recognized the gaps left in their training , and the partial knowledge about the said topic. At the conclusion of the analysis of this research was identified that the professional with the highest lack of knowledge about the research theme was social workers, who left 60 % of the survey questions unanswered for their unaware of the importance of the pedagogical team in the performance with the autistic child , other professionals , psychologists , physiotherapists, teachers - pedagogues , speech therapists and psychopedagogists recognized this importance , but also pointed out difficulties to work with the autistic child and had doubts about the Autism syndrome, thus pointing to a need for better training of health professionals and for continuous training , and studies on the subject.
