Resumo
Esta dissertação de mestrado aborda o tema “Gestão do planejamento para o ensino da dança”, a partir da constatação de que o planejamento para o ensino e aprendizagem desse conteúdo não tem recebido o necessário destaque no trabalho desenvolvido pelos professores. As causas, para que essa realidade seja, cada vez mais, presente na instituições de ensino públicas e privadas, deve-se a muitos fatores tais como a dificuldade de seguir as etapas para a elaboração e implementação de um planejamento focado nas atividades com a dança, a resistência de muitos profissionais em mobilizar esforços para a sistematização e monitoramento conjunto desse instrumento ou mesmo a inclusão desse planejamento no Projeto Politico Pedagógico das escolas. Diante de tal realidade, o objetivo geral do presente estudo foi: conhecer os aspectos do planejamento na gestão do ensino da dança em escolas de Macapá. A metodologia do trabalho seguiu várias etapas importantes, combinando-se numa abordagem qualitativa, o desenvolvimento de procedimentos através da pesquisa bibliográfica e estudo de caso múltiplo. Após a recolha e análise dos dados, inferiu-se que nas escolas públicas e particulares pesquisadas é urgente o repensar do significado do planejamento na gestão do ensino da dança no contexto educacional. Neste sentido, propõe-se uma ação coletiva e cooperativa entre os educadores, a gestão escolar e o corpo técnico administrativo para trocar ideias, levantar problemas, construir em conjunto uma ressignificação da sua prática. A reconstrução do Planejamento para o ensino da dança deverá acontecer por uma ação continuada, ultrapassando os muros das instituições. Isso implica um processo de interação entre todos os profissionais da escola e a comunidade, num engajamento pessoal e profissional, a que nenhum educador pode se furtar sob pena de ver completamente descaracterizado o Planejamento da dança em seu sentido dinâmico.
This dissertation covers the theme "Management of planning for dance teaching, starting on the observation that the planning for teaching and learning of this content has not received the necessary attention in the work developed by the teachers. The causes for this reality to be increasingly present in public and private educational institutions is due to many factors such as the difficulty of following the steps for the elaboration and implementation of a planning focused on the activities with the dance, the resistance of many Professionals in mobilizing efforts for the systematization and joint monitoring of this instrument or even the inclusion of this planning in the Pedagogical Political Project of the schools. Faced with such reality, the objectives of the study are to know the aspects of planning in the management of dance teaching in four Macapá schools. The dissertation methodology followed important steps to reach the results of the research, combining a qualitative approach with development of procedures through bibliographic research and multiple case study. After the study it was inferred that in the public and private schools researched it is noticed that it is urgent to rethink the meaning of planning management for the teaching of dance in the educational context. In this sense, a collective and cooperative action is proposed among the educators, the school management and the administrative staff in order to exchange ideas, raise problems, and jointly build a another signification for their practice. The reconstruction of the Planning for the teaching of dance will not happen by isolated or fragmented experiences, but by a continuous action and that surpasses the walls of the institutions, which implies in a process of interaction between all the professionals of the school, in a personal engagement to which none Educator may shy away from seeing the Planning of dance in its dynamic sense completely disfigured.
