Resumo
Este trabalho foi efetuado na equipa A de Iniciados (Sub15) do Amora Futebol Clube, a longo da época desportiva 2016/2017, no contexto de futebol de formação na 1ª Divisão Distrital de Setúbal como competição oficial. Tem como objetivo a descrição, análise e reflexão do processo de treino e da competição pela equipa técnica durante o período pré-competitivo e o período competitivo.
A época teve início a 30 de agosto de 2016 e terminou a 7 de maio de 2017, num total de 11 mesociclos, 36 microciclos e 107 unidades de treino (UT), fazendo um total de 7.401 minutos de treino. A nível de minutos de competição foram despendidos um total de 2.379 minutos, divididos entre 26 jogos oficiais e 15 jogos particulares.
Segundo a taxonomia de Castelo (2009) as percentagens de métodos de treino de MPG foram 19% no PPC e 25% no PC, os MEPG foram de 24% no PPC e 28% no PC, os valores predominantes em ambos os períodos foram os MEP com 57% no PPC e 47% no PC. Em ambos os períodos pode ser visto que, os MEP são os métodos predominantes em comparação com os outros apresentados, valores são explicáveis através ao foco da equipa técnica ser, desde o início, ao modelo de jogo e a organização defensiva/ofensiva.
O estudo, apresentado no capítulo 7 do presente trabalho, pretende revelar a influência das situações fixas de jogo, seguidamente abreviadas por SFJ, no jogo de futebol. O objetivo do estudo é analisar e avaliar a influência que as SFJ têm no resultado final, no escalão de sub15, nos diferentes contextos (jogos oficiais e jogos particulares).
A maior percentagem de golos marcados por SFJ foi através de cantos, seguido dos livres indiretos, ou seja, com cruzamentos para a área, tendo por base os mesmos movimentos que os cantos.
The work was made in the A team of Under 15 of Amora Futebol Clube, during the 2016/2017 sports season, football formation context, 1st District Division of Setúbal as an official competition. Its objective is the description, analysis and reflection of the training process and the competition by the technical team during the pre-competitive period and the competitive period. The objective of the study is to analyze and evaluate the influence that SFJs have on the result, at the sub-15 level, in the different contexts.
