Resumo
O presente estudo tem como objetivo compreender o papel da construção de identidade no processo de formação e profissionalização do professor.
Esta pesquisa foi realizada com uma amostra de oito (08) professoras numa Escola Municipal no bairro do Bongi na cidade do Recife-PE e que atende crianças do Ensino Fundamental das séries iniciais.
Os discursos das professoras foram coletados através de entrevistas semiestruturadas numa abordagem qualitativa de pesquisa. São relatos apresentados considerando suas histórias de vida como metodologia e narram os acontecimentos importantes desde a infância, o processo de formação por elas vivenciado, suas práticas pedagógicas, suas vivências profissionais e os saberes construídos ao longo de suas carreiras. Utilizamos para analisar os resultados o método da análise de discurso.
Os resultados dessa investigação ou as considerações aqui apresentadas foram elucidados a partir dos dados coletados através dessas narrativas, as quais foram possíveis fazer uma análise na relação e confronto entre esses discursos marcados por diversos pontos comuns encontrados e discutidos. Propomo-nos fazer uma relação sobre quem são elas, o que querem da profissão e principalmente o seu papel na escola sob uma ótica do desenvolvimento pessoal, profissional e organizacional e que acreditamos auxiliar na compreensão e construção de suas identidades.
Pretendemos assim, contribuir também para o processo de formação numa dimensão subjetiva do sujeito que ensina baseada nas pesquisas de autores que se apoiam na perspectiva do método autobiográfico, nas histórias de vida e sua utilização na formação de professores para o avanço nos estudos sobre os professores e a profissão docente.
The present study aims to understand the role of identity construction in the process of training and professionalization of the teacher. This survey was conducted with a sample of eight (08) teachers in a school Hall in the neighborhood of Bongi in the city of Recife-PE and serving children of the elementary school of the initial series. The speeches of teachers were collected through semi-structured interviews in qualitative research approach. Are reports presented considering their life stories as methodology and narrate the important events from childhood, they forming process experienced, their pedagogical practices, their professional experience and knowledge built throughout their careers. Use to analyze the results of speech analysis method. The results of that investigation or the considerations have been elucidated on the basis of the data collected through these narratives, which were possible to do make an analysis on the relationship between these speeches and marked by several common points found and discussed. We will make a statement about who they are, what they want of the profession and its role in school under a perspective of personal, professional and organizational development and we believe assist in understanding and construction of their identities. We will thus also contribute to the process at a subjective dimension of the subject teaching based on research of authors support the autobiographical method in life stories and their use in teacher training to advance in the studies on teachers and the teaching profession.
