Resumo
O presente trabalho visa a elaboração de um relatório final de estágio, realizado em função da conclusão final do curso e respetiva obtenção do grau de Mestre em Treino Desportivo – Vertente de Alto rendimento, ministrado pela universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias.
Este relatório foi efetuado na equipa sénior do Académico de Viseu Futebol Clube ao longo de toda a época desportiva 2013/2014, dentro de um contexto de futebol profissional que tinha por competição a segunda liga Portuguesa. Tem como objetivo principal a concretização de uma rigorosa e profunda análise ao processo de treino da equipa, discriminando os meios e métodos de treino utilizados numa relação de proximidade constante com a periodização adotada para a época desportiva em causa.
Neste sentido adjacentemente à apresentação quantitativa dos resultados obtidos, sob a forma de percentagens relativas, existirá a preocupação de estes serem fundamentados, em função dos períodos de trabalho traçados, refletindo sobre os conteúdos abordados na revisão da literatura efetuada assim como o seu enquadramento no contexto de atuação especifico que caraterizou este grupo de trabalho ao longo de toda a época desportiva. Pretendem-se assim perceber quais os meios e métodos de treino predominantes, quais os principais fatores que contribuem para essa predominância relativa, que elementos inerentes ao funcionamento normal de uma equipa de futebol são mais influentes explorando as vastas virtudes conceptuais que o exercício de treino comporta.
Numa análise geral, observar-se-á que os métodos de treino mais utilizados são os Métodos Específicos de Preparação (58,50%), seguidos pelos Métodos Específicos de Preparação Geral (24,28%) e por fim os Métodos de Preparação Geral (17,22%). Nas suas sub dimensões os exercícios mais utilizados foram os exercícios competitivos (23,05%), seguidos dos exercícios metaespecializados (12,89%) e em terceiro lugar os exercícios de manutenção da posse de bola (10,63%). Nos exercícios menos utilizados surgem os exercícios em circuito (1%), lúdico/recreativos (4,30%) e padronizados (4,49%).
The present work aims a report stage, performed ac cording to the final completion of the respective course and obtaining a Master's degree in Athletic Training - Strand High - yield , given by the Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias. This report w as made on the senior team Acadé mico de Viseu Futebol Club e throughout the sports season 2013/2014, within a context of professional football that had competition for the second Portuguese league. Its main objective is the implementation of a rigorous and thorough analysis to the process of team train ing, detailing the means and methods of training used in a constant close relationship with the periodization adopted for the sport season in question. Adjacent to this quantitative presentation of the results, in the form of relative percentages, meaning there will be concern that these are substantiated, according to the periods plotted work, reflecting on the content covered in the literature review performed as well as its framework in the context of specific performance that featured this workgroup thr oughout the racing season. It is intended to realize just what means and methods prevailing practice, the main factors that contribute to this relative predominance that elements inherent in the normal operation of a football team are more influential expl oring the vast conceptual virtues that exercise training involves. In a general analysis , will be observed that the most commonly used training methods are the Specific Preparation Methods (58.50%) , followed by General Sp ecific Methods of Preparation (24.2 8% ) and finally the G eneral Methods of Preparation ( 17.22 %). In its sub dimensions the most used exercises were the competitive exercise (23.05%) , followed by meta especializados exercises ( 12.89 % ) and in third place the exercises to maintain ball possess ion (10.63 %). T he less appear exercises is the exercises in circuit (1 % ) , recreational / entertainment exercises (4.30% ) and standardized exercises (4.49 %).
