Resumo
O presente relatório apresenta os balanços e reflexões tidos no estágio pedagógico.
Na Lecionação, foram alcançados progressos significativos por grande parte dos alunos
nas suas aprendizagens prioritárias, para as quais o projeto de inovação “Scaffolding na
Dança – Utilização da Tutoria de Pares” contribuiu significativamente tanto para as
aprendizagens, como para a relação positiva dos rapazes com a matéria. No projeto
Professor a Tempo Inteiro consegui melhorar as dimensões da instrução e gestão da aula,
através da abordagem de matérias diferentes, assim como de aprofundar as intervenções
baseadas no scaffolding com várias turmas de diferentes anos de escolaridade, em
colaboração com os seus professores.
Na Direção de Turma, as prioridades de intervenção associadas às funções foram
cumpridas, havendo melhorias ao nível da assiduidade dos alunos ao longo do ano. A
pertinência do projeto “Interdisciplinaridade na Dança – Perspetiva Estética e
Artística” enriqueceu as aprendizagens na matéria, pela articulação com as disciplinas de
Filosofia e Desenho A, aumentando o envolvimento efetivo dos alunos. A realização da
Saída de Campo foi o momento culminante do ano, que pelas relações desenvolvidas com
os professores e o diretor, permitiu alcançar os objetivos tanto dos projetos específicos da
dança como os objetivos da Educação Física nas matérias de escalada e rapel.
No Desporto Escolar, assumi o grupo-equipa de basquetebol que, apesar das limitações
resultantes das decisões de organização internas, observaram-se melhorias significativas
ao nível das aprendizagens dos alunos. O meu contributo através do projeto “A
Competição no DE – Mais e Melhores Oportunidades” permitiu aumentar tanto a
frequência competitiva como a promoção significativa de valores educativos associados
à prática desportiva no meio escolar. No projeto Semana de Ensino Intensivo, pude
aprofundar e aplicar diferentes estratégias de ensino na matéria de badminton onde
apresentava maiores dificuldades, melhorando ao nível da instrução.
No Seminário, aprofundei o tema sobre “O Scaffolding na Dança”, aplicando os
procedimentos da investigação-ação, para analisar as dificuldades de lecionação dos
professores do departamento. As propostas didáticas apresentadas contribuíram, de forma
relevante, para a importância do compromisso interno em prol das aprendizagens na
matéria, substanciado pelos resultados das provas de aferição observadas, através da
promoção de formação recíproca entre os professores.

This report presents the balances and reflections taken during the pedagogical internship. In Teaching, significant progress was made by most students in their learning priorities, for which the innovative project “Scaffolding in Dance – Using Peer Tutoring” contributed significantly to both learning and the positive relation of boys with the subject. In the Full-Time Teacher project, I managed to improve the dimensions of instruction and classroom management, by approaching different subjects, as well as deepening and preparing interventions based on scaffolding, with different classes, years of schooling and in collaboration with teachers. In Class Direction, the interventions associated with the functions were fulfilled, with improvements in student attendance throughout the year. The implementation of the project “Interdisciplinarity in Dance – Aesthetic and Artistic Perspective” allowed the enrichment of learning, through the articulation with the subjects of Philosophy and Drawing A, increasing the effective involvement of students. The Field Trip was the highlight moment of the year, which through the relationships developed, namely with the teachers and the director, made it possible to achieve the proposed objectives, both in the specific projects associated with dance, as well as the objectives for Physical Education, namely for climbing and rappelling. In School Sport, I took over the basketball team, which despite the limitations resulting from internal decisions, significant improvements were made in terms of student learning. My contribution with the project “Competition in the DE – More and Better Opportunities” allowed to increase competitive frequency and to promote significant educational values associated with sports in the school environment. In the Intensive Teaching Week project, I was able to deepen and apply different teaching strategies in the subject of Badminton, where I had greater difficulties throughout the year, improving in terms of instruction. In the Seminar, I deepened the topic on "Scaffolding in Dance", applying the procedures of action research, to analyze the difficulties of teaching by the teachers of the department. The didactic proposals presented contributed, in a relevant way, to the importance of internal commitment towards teaching the subject, substantiated by the results of the observed assessment tests, that were adressed through the promotion of reciprocal training betweeen teachers.
