Resumo
Este estudo sobre a deterioração da liberdade religiosa em Angola, aborda a pro-blemática que ocorre em torno do tema referente aos acontecimentos que se estendem desde ano 2002 até ao primeiro semestre de 2019, por serem períodos marcantes. Em 2002, foi assinalado o memorando de paz possibilitando cada cidadão ser possuidor da liberdade de expressão em diferentes campos de actuação no contexto social. Após a in-dependência, em 1975 até à data existem 84 igrejas legalizadas, ao passo que ainda veri-fica-se mais de 2.000 confissões ilegais, fruto de inúmeras políticas burocráticas existen-tes no processo de legalização das congregações. O Estado, um número elevado de fiéis e outras recomendações viabilizando deste modo com que haja aumento gradual do in-cumprimento legal por parte das igrejas. No ano 2004, havia sido criada Lei que permitia o reconhecimento oficial de novas igrejas, aumentando consequentemente a multiplica-ção de seitas religiosas. A dissertação em estudo serve de instrumento-base, para que o Governo se preocupe atentamente sob a importância da proliferação das igrejas no quoti-diano angolano. Nomeadamente a convivência pacífica entre práticas, crenças espirituais e denominações religiosas independentemente da origem social e étnica, condena práticas erradas recorrentes dentro das novas e antigas confissões religiosas, casos como acusar crianças as práticas de feitiçaria e outra acção reprovável assenta no uso da fé como ne-gócio para o enriquecimento pessoal. A study on the deterioration of religious freedom in Angola, addresses the problem that occurs around the theme related to events that extend from 2002 to the first semester of 2019, as they are remarkable periods. In 2002, the peace memorandum was signed, enabling each citizen to have freedom of expression in different fields of action in the social context. After independence, 1975 to date there are 84 legalized churches, while there are still more than 2,000 illegal confessions, the result of numerous bureaucratic policies existing in the process of legalizing the congregations at the state level, in which it requires high number of believers and other recommendations thus enabling a gradual increase in legal non-compliance on the part of the churches. In 2004, a law was created that allowed the official recognition of new churches, consequently increasing the multiplication of religious sects. The dissertation under study serves as a basic instrument, so that the Government is carefully concerned about the importance of the proliferation of churches in Angolan daily life, namely the peaceful coexistence between practices, spiritual beliefs and religious denominations, regardless of social and ethnic origin, however , condemns recurring wrong practices within the new and old religious confessions, cases such as accusing children of witchcraft practices and another objectionable action is based on the use of faith as a business for personal enrichment.
