Resumo
O uso dos media e a guerra não podem ser separados. No presente artigo mostramos o uso dos media feito pelas nações Europeias. Especialmente as culturas carecidas de produção escrita foram submetidos a uma influência forte dos media. Isso não é tão válido para a cultura Inca no Peru, mais também para a Irlanda e para a sua matriz cultural celta. Estas são culturas com peculiaridades que as diferenciam culturalmente, sendo marcadas somente por uma tradição sedimentada pelo uso da tradição oral.
The use of medias and war can’t be separated. In the present article the use of the medias by the Europeans can be shown. Especially those cultures, which did not have a scripture, were subdued by massive media influence. This is not only true for the Inca Culture in Peru, but also for the Gaelic Ireland. In these cultures only the use of an oral tradition could produce a different point of view. This is also true for the powerful Otoman Empire throughout modern times. This situation of inequality is not going to change profoundly until the end of the 18 century, when the printing industry, by then also existing in America, obliges the Europeans to react on notices arriving from the Americas..
