pessoa.

The file presented here converges the practical and theoretical information about of the internship performed, in the 2021/22 season, in the U19 team of Futebol Clube de Alverca SAD. The report summarizes the trainee's experience, respecting an order in which it is presented: (i) the host sports institution, characterized by the history as a club, its resources, values and ideals; (ii) the functional plan of the internship, showing the structure of the team, as well as its objectives, calendars and planning; and (iii) a theoretical-practical study related to the dribbling action in a formal game situation, based on the U19 team. In summary, we’re talking about 187 training units, 46 microcycles, 11 mesocycles, 67 presentation sessions to players (team and opponent analysis), 36 official games and 7 training games in this internship process. The presented study identifies the variables that can influence the success of the dribble action in game, carried out with 27 players from the U19 team of Futebol Clube de Alverca, using physical tests – test t, zig zag, 100m sprint – and all official games held in the 2021/2022 season. It was observed that the variables "years of federated soccer practice" and "years of street soccer practice" are significant predictors of success in the analyzed dribble actions, i.e., they are important elements that can be considered in the study of probabilities of success and failure in this action. However, the weight of this significance is very unbalanced because the years of federation explain approximately 80% of the success in the dribbling action and the practice of street football only 20%, this variable being only marginally significant. In the global analysis of the season portrayed, the year contributed a lot to the evolution of the intern, at all levels, for the lived experiences he can go through, for the sharing with coaches and players who increased his sports knowledge and for the reflections he had throughout the time, which made him a better professional and a better person. Keywords: Football; Internship; Dribble; Success; Game.
