Resumo
O ano de estágio pedagógico relativo ao 2º ano de mestrado em Ensino da
Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário realizou-se no ano letivo 2020/21, em
que realizámos a profissionalização no Agrupamento de Escolas Madeira Torres à prática
enquanto professor, em contexto profissional distribuindo-se por 4 áreas de estágio, a
Lecionação, a Direção de Turma, o Desporto Escolar e os Seminários.
Na lecionação foi essencial criar um planeamento para cada um dos jovens
alunos tendo em conta a avaliação realizada inicialmente e ao longo do processo de
ensino-aprendizagem, com um foco especial sobre as estratégias a implementar para a
promoção de um clima motivacional mais adequado face aos comportamentos registados
no início do ano letivo.
A direção de turma teve por base a criação de relações com os outros professores
da turma e com os encarregados de educação, à medida que realizámos as várias tarefas
desta área. A realização da Saída de Campo por parte do grupo de estágio foi o aspeto
mais positivo, na relação que permitiu criar entre toda a Comunidade Escolar.
No desporto escolar integrei a modalidade de natação para a oferta de uma
experiência de competição na escola a todos os praticantes tendo a oportunidade de focar
a minha atividade nos processos de adaptação ao meio aquático enquanto forma de
integração face às dificuldades e receios de uma das crianças presentes.
O seminário orientou-se sobre a dinâmica de avaliação da matéria de futebol
entre os professores do departamento promovendo um espírito autocrítico e reflexivo
sobre as suas formas de atuar e procurando conhecer as razões para as diferentes formas
de seguir as referências avaliativas que influenciam o processo de ensino-aprendizagem.
Um ano atípico influenciado e condicionado pela pandemia global de Covid-19,
em que a instabilidade e incerteza tornaram esta experiência, mais envolvente e mais
desafiante, onde a aprendizagem foi muito mais enriquecida face às oportunidades que
surgiram.
The pedagogical internship year for the 2nd year of master’s in Teaching Physical Education in Elementary and Secondary Education took place in the 2020/21 academic year, in which we carried out the professionalization in Agrupamento de Escolas Madeira Torres to practice as a teacher in a professional context divided into 4 internship areas, namely Teaching, Class Management, School Sports and Seminars. In teaching, it was essential to create a plan for each of the young students, considering the assessment carried out initially and throughout the teaching-learning process, with a special focus on the strategies to be implemented to promote a more adequate motivational climate in relation to the behaviors recorded at the beginning of the school year. The class management was based on the creation of relationships with the other teachers in the class and with the parents, as we carried out the various tasks in this area. The realization of the Field Trip by the internship group was the most positive aspect, in the relationship that allowed to create between the entire School Community. In school sports, I integrated the swimming modality to offer a competition experience at school to all practitioners, having the opportunity to focus my activity on the processes of adaptation to the aquatic environment as a form of integration in the face of the difficulties and fears of one of the children. The seminar focused on the dynamics of evaluation of the subject of football among the professors of the department, promoting a self-critical and reflective spirit about their ways of acting and seeking to know the reasons for the different ways of following the evaluative references that influence the process of teaching-learning. An atypical year influenced and conditioned by the Covid-19 global pandemic, in which instability and uncertainty made this experience more engaging and more challenging, where learning was certainly much more enriched, given the opportunities that have arisen.
