The neonatal diarrheas are intestinal infections that affect neonate calves, compromising their crow and development and in some cases it can even be fatal . We can relate numerous etiologies with this syndrome, some bacterial ones like Escherichia Coli, viral like Rotavirus or Coronavirus and parasitic just as Cryptosporidium. In order to know more about this deceases and what chases then, it was made a analyze to 37th bovine explorations of meat in some district in Alto Alentejo, through multiples samples of fezzes. In consequence of that it was possible to determinate the responsible agents who originate the calves neonatal diarrhea's. In order to support and diagnose this it was also made a inquire to 60th producers about what they to to prevent this situation. In conclusion we can say that Cryptosporidium prevailed in this area and that are a lot of prevention fails from the producers.
