A construção de identidade profissional docente : relatos de Histórias de Vida

Abstract

Este trabalho teve como tema de investigação a Construção de Identidade Profissional Docente: Relatos de Histórias de Vida. Tendo como recorte do problema de estudo buscar os saberes que permeiam as trajetórias de vida pessoal e profissional e as indagações propostas acerca da qualificação e formação desses profissionais que influenciam na construção de sua identidade docente, remetendo através de seus discursos, suas lembranças e como se deu o processo de construção das identidades pessoais e profissionais. No âmbito desse contexto os objetivos tiveram como elementos contemplados na pesquisa conhecer a realidade social do educador, identificando os caminhos evolutivos na construção da identidade profissional e perceber os critérios que influenciam a vida social do educador e a formação profissional. A pesquisa foi conduzida com 8 professoras do ensino fundamental I, na escola pertencente a Rede Municipal de Ensino da Cidade do Recife. Na busca por respostas foi seguida uma abordagem qualitativa, descritiva, utilizando como técnica as histórias de vida na forma de entrevista narrativa semi-estruturada e a análise dos dados qualitativos foi orientada pela análise de discurso. Os resultados evidenciam que a identidade e formação docentes ao longo de toda trajetória de vida são referências para o entendimento e influência da prática pedagógica efetivada cotidianamente no âmbito escolar, contribuindo para a ampliação dos conhecimentos que versam sobre o tema proposto.

The investigation theme of this work was the Building of Teacher Professional Identity: Report of Life Stories. The cut of the problem of study is seek the knowledge that permeate the trajectories of personal and professional lives of this teachers and the proposed questions about the qualification and training these professionals who influence the construction of their teacher identity, referring through their speeches, their memories and how was the process of building personal and professional identities. Within this context the objectives had as elements included in the survey, to know the social reality of the teacher, identifying the evolutionary ways in construction of the professional identity and understand the criteria that influence the social life of the educator and vocational training.The research was made with with eight elementary school teachers, on school belonging to the Municipal School of the City of Recife. In the search for answers was followed a qualitative approach, descriptive, using the technical history of life in the form of semi-structured narrative interview and analysis of qualitative data was guided by discourse analysis. The results showed that the stories of the interviewees relate their speeches through their memories and how did the process of building personal and professional identities. The results show that the identity and training teachers throughout all life trajectory are references to the understanding and influence of knowledge that deal with the theme.
