2021/2022 onde a equipa disputou o campeonato distrital Juniores “C” 3ª Divisão.
No primeiro será
Por fim no capítulo cinco serão apresentadas as minhas considerações
finais.

This internship report refers to the second year of the Masters in Sports Training – From Training to High Competition, held at Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias. The internship was carried out in the football modality in the under-17 women's football team of Sport Lisboa e Benfica (SLB) in the 2021/2022 sports season where the team played in the Juniores "C" 3rd Division district championship. In addition to this competition that was related to my internship, the team also played in the under 17 women's district championship. The squad in which I performed the internship consists of 18 athletes and some athletes from the lower level who are already at a higher level played games with our team. This report is divided into five chapters. In the first one, a characterization of the sport Lisboa e Benfica will be carried out, which was my host sporting institution throughout the internship. The second chapter will be an approach to the functional plan of the entire stage. The third chapter is a technical-scientific conceptual matrix based mostly on chapter four, which will be my technical-scientific study. Finally, in chapter five, my final remarks will be presented. As a trainee I was during the sports season accompanying the team not only in all training units but also in games and all team activities. It is very interesting to accompany this team in this process as many of the athletes played their first 11-a-side football matches, as in previous seasons they still participated in levels that compete in 7- a-side football. With the study, we were able to verify, through the minutes played by each athlete, that the taller athletes played more minutes than the other athletes and that the birth quartile had no influence on the minutes played by the athletes. Keywords: Women's Football; youth football; Training; anthropometric data; use of athletes
