The work context and the perception of well-being are aspects that have an impact on individual satisfaction, namely through contact with natural elements. The study is part of an EPCV / ULHT collaboration with the Université de Nantes. There is scientific evidence of the benefits that contact with natural elements, including in urban environments, leads to the well-being and quality of life of individuals. The present study aims to understand if contact with natural elements in the work context translates into higher levels of well-being and quality of life and whether the degree of attachment to the nature of individuals influences these levels in physical environments. 221 participants answered the online questionnaire published on social networks, being of a local character and only the responses of the inhabitants of the city of Lisbon were analyzed, and the results did not show a significant relationship between the visualization of natural elements of the context of work and well-being even when considering the role of linking with nature. However, contact with natural environments in general and in the workplace seems to favor individuals in their well-being and quality of life.
