A gestão estratégica do sistema de recompensas é muito importante para os
gestores. Daí a necessidade de perceber a relação entre a gestão estratégica do sistema
de recompensas e a motivação dos trabalhadores. O objetivo desta investigação é portanto
identificar o impacto do sistema de recompensas na motivação dos trabalhadores numa
empresa do ramo automóvel no estado do Paraná- Sul do Brasil. Utiliza-se o método de
pesquisa quantitativo que compreende a análise de 65 respostas ao questionário aplicado
aos trabalhadores da empresa no período de 28 de Outubro de 2020 a 06 de Janeiro de
2021. A análise das respostas foi realizada através de programas Excel 2013 do Microsoft
Office, JASP e SPSS 21. Os dados obtidos permitem-nos concluir que os trabalhadores da
empresa se sentem mais motivados através das recompensas intrínsecas, destacando-se
a identificação com a função (gosto do trabalho que faço) e o feedback recebido pelo seu
desempenho. Os resultados permitem-nos fazer algumas sugestões à empresa, como por
exemplo, implementar uma componente salarial que tenha em consideração o tempo de
empresa e a experiência adquirida, para assim conseguir reter os trabalhadores.
The strategic management of the reward system is very important for managers. Hence the need to understand the relationship between the strategic management of the reward system and the motivation of workers. The objective of this investigation is therefore to identify the impact of the reward system on the motivation of workers in an automotive company in the state of Paraná - South of Brazil. The quantitative research method is used, which comprises the analysis of 65 responses to the questionnaire applied to the company's workers from 28 October 2020 to 06 January 2021. The analysis of the responses was carried out using Microsoft Office Excel 2013 programs, JASP and SPSS 21. The data obtained allow us to conclude that the company's employees feel more motivated through the intrinsic rewards, highlighting the identification with the function (I like the work I do) and the feedback received for its performance. The results allow us to make some suggestions to the company, such as, for example, to implement a salary component that takes into account the time of the company and the acquired experience, in order to be able to retain the workers.
