Resumo
Este relatório surge no âmbito do estágio profissional do Mestrado em Futebol – da
Formação à Alta Competição, da Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias,
realizado na estrutura do futebol de formação feminino do Sport Lisboa e Benfica (SLB),
nomeadamente na equipa de sub-19 que disputou o campeonato nacional de futebol de nove da
Federação Portuguesa de Futebol (FPF) na época de 2019/2020 e na estrutura profissional da
SAD do Lusitano Ginásio Clube, Futebol, SAD, nomeadamente na equipa sénior masculina
que disputou o Campeonato Nacional de Seniores, na Série D da Federação Portuguesa de
Futebol.
No presente Relatório de Estágio, apresentar-se-ão as orientações conceptuais,
organizacionais e operacionais do treino e da competição da equipa júnior Feminino do Sport
Lisboa e Benfica e da equipa sénior masculina do Lusitano Ginásio Clube, Futebol, Sad na
época desportiva 2019/2020, equipas que disputam o Campeonato Nacional de Futebol 9
feminino e o Campeonato de Portugal, provas da Federação Portuguesa de Futebol.
respetivamente. Este relatório, encontra-se dividido em oito capítulos, através dos quais se
explicará o projeto individual de estágio, a realidade contextual das equipas e as competições
que disputaram. Os diferentes segmentos do relatório contarão com uma análise e reflexão sobre
os modelos de jogo e treino que se levaram a cabo durante a temporada desportiva ao longo dos
20 jogos oficiais, o que se traduz num volume competitivo de cerca de 1550 minutos.
Finalmente, baseado nas minhas convicções e naquilo que tenho analisado sobre o
futebol feminino, foi preparado um modelo de desenvolvimento da atleta para o futebol
feminino em Portugal, com a intenção de potenciar um documento de orientação para os agentes
desportivos que trabalham na modalidade e uma proposta de possível reorganização dos
quadros competitivos. Este modelo incide sobre os conteúdos, como introdução e pré-requisitos
de recrutamento no futebol, a jogadora jovem, a jogadora adulta, os aspetos físicos, técnicos e
táticos, as etapas da preparação desportiva e planeamento e organização dos modelos
competitivos.
This report is part of the professional training of the Masters in Football - from Training to High Competition, of the Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias, carried out in the structure of women's football training of Sport Lisboa e Benfica (SLB), namely in the under-19 team that competed in the Portuguese Football Federation (FPF) national championship of nine in the 2019/2020 season and in the professional structure of the Lusitano Ginásio Clube, Fuebol, SAD, namely in the senior men's team that competed in the National Senior Championship, in the D Series of the Portuguese Football Federation. This Internship Report will present the conceptual, organisational and operational guidelines for the training and competition of the Sport Lisboa e Benfica junior women's team and the senior men's team of Lusitano Ginásio Clube, Futebol, SAD in the 2019/2020 sports season, teams that compete in the Women's National Football Championship and the Portuguese Championship, competitions of the Portuguese Football Federation. respectively. This Report is divided into eight chapters, through which the individual training project, the contextual reality of the teams and the competitions they have competed will be explained. The different segments of the report will have an analysis and reflection on the game and training models that have been carried out during the sports season throughout the 20 official matches, which translates into a competitive volume of around 1550 minutes. Finally, based on my convictions and on what I have analysed about women's football, an athlete development model for women's football in Portugal was prepared, with the intention of providing a guidance document for sports agents working in this sport and a proposal for a possible reorganisation of the competitive frameworks. This model focuses on the contents, such as the introduction and prerequisites of recruitment in football, the young player, the adult player, the physical, technical and tactical aspects, the stages of sports preparation and the planning and organisation of competitive models.
