Quebrar o estereótipo na diáspora : portugueses, cabo-verdianos, brasileiros e outros lusófonos não-católicos na Nova Inglaterra

Abstract

Quanto à receptibilidade entre os luso-falantes a aceitar uma nova religião e, obviamente, à possibilidade de converter-se, os brasileiros e, em seguida, os lusófonos africanos/asiáticos são os mais dispostos a ouvir e, consequentemente, a converter-se.This issue, centred in testimonies, long interviews to lusophones religious leaders in New England (USA), aims to present to the reader a reflexion helping to destroy stereotypes regarding the religiosity of portuguese speaker communities in the United States. We question about religious diversity in this large country, and also about portuguese community and the cape verdian one.
