Resumo
Este trabalho, denominado “Transição para a Vida Adulta - Inclusão de Pessoas Portadoras de Deficiência no Mercado de Trabalho -”, foca a transição dos alunos com Necessidades Educativas Especiais (NEE), da escola para o mundo do trabalho. Para uma melhor compreensão, foi feita uma contextualização económica, política e social, bem como uma abordagem à história da educação especial no mundo, mais especificamente em Portugal.
Como conteúdos referenciais, acolhemos a inserção na vida adulta e o conceito de transição. Entrosados nestes, fizemos o tratamento do papel da escola, sua organização e formas de cooperação.
Através deste projeto fundamentado nos pressupostos de investigação pretendeu-se saber a recetividade dos empresários, face à inclusão profissional da pessoa com deficiência, quais os fatores favoráveis à integração socioprofissional do indivíduo portador de deficiência e quais as restrições desfavoráveis à integração socioprofissional do indivíduo portador de deficiência.
Foi elaborado um questionário, feita uma questão de partida, elaboradas as respetivas hipóteses, e variáveis correspondentes. O questionário constitui uma amostra de quarenta e sete empresas, a fim de responderem às questões levantadas.
O suporte teórico do trabalho engloba definições de diversos conceitos relativos ao estudo e relativamente ao estudo empírico, iniciou-se a apresentação do estudo com a problemática, sendo traçados os objetivos e questões de investigação, assim como os procedimentos metodológicos na seleção da amostra, na definição das variáveis e instrumentos de avaliação utilizados.
This work, called "Transition to Adult Life - Inclusion of People with Disabilities in the Labour Market focuses on the transition of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) school to the world of work. For a better understanding, was made an economic context, political and social as well as an approach to the history of special education in the world, specifically in Portugal. As referential content, we welcome the inclusion in adulthood and the concept of transition. Mingled these, we treat the role of the school, its organization and forms of cooperation Through this research project aimed to know the receptivity of entrepreneurs, given the professional inclusion of disabled people. The factors favorable to the socio-professional integration of the individual with a disability. What restrictions to the unfavorable socioprofessional integration of the individual with a disability. A questionnaire was developed, made a point of departure, elaborated the respective hypotheses, and corresponding variables. The questionnaire is a sample of forty-seven companies in order to respond to issues raised. The theoretical support of the work includes definitions of various concepts related to the study and for the empirical study, began the presentation of the study with the problem, and outlined the objectives and research questions, as well as the methodological procedures in the selection of the sample at definition of variables and assessment instruments used.
