O presente estudo trata sobre o IMDG como espaço educador da
adolescente primigesta na percepção dos profissionais de saúde, tendo como objetivo
descrever a percepção que os enfermeiros do IMDG têm sobre o papel dos profissionais
deste local como espaço educador. A pesquisa também busca identificar a importância
percebida pelos profissionais sobre o seu papel na orientação dos jovens face à prevenção
da gravidez na adolescência, caracterizando os programas de prevenção da gravidez na
adolescência e suas aplicabilidades no IMDG e ainda, identificando a teoria ensino
aprendizagem aplicada no processo de formação para a saúde das adolescentes
primigestas. A grande problematização se apresenta na questão de partida com a arguição
sobre qual a percepção que têm os enfermeiros do IMDG do papel educador que o espaço
detém e qual a importância da equipe multidisciplinar na orientação de jovens no âmbito
da prevenção da gravidez e da adolescência? E ainda, apresenta questões secundárias
que indagam sobre os fatores percepcionados pelos profissionais que justifiquem o número
significativo de adolescentes primigestas registrados anualmente, a opinião dos
profissionais de saúde sobre o conhecimento que têm as adolescentes sobre
anatomia/fisiologia do sistema reprodutor e métodos de planejamento familiar, as
características dos programas de educação para a saúde desenvolvidos pelo IMDG no
âmbito da prevenção da gravidez na adolescência. A abordagem da pesquisa é de cunho
qualitativo na qual se utilizou a entrevista semiestruturada. A partir dos dados obtidos a
pesquisadora tem em conta que a educação em saúde é um meio eficaz para prevenir a
gravidez precoce em adolescentes e adolescentes primigestas. Em resposta a questão de
partida, a pesquisadora afirma que o papel educador dos profissionais é fundamental para
que as adolescentes recebam informações e orientações suficientes e esclarecedoras da
equipe de enfermagem e assistência materna social educativa, extensiva ao retorno da
adolescente à sua vida sócio familiar e escolar. Considera que a equipe multidisciplinar é
importante na implementação de ações na redução do índice de adolescentes com
gravidez precoce.
The present study deals with the Instituto da Mulher Dona Gaivota-IMDG as an educator space for primiparous adolescents in the perception of health professionals, aiming to describe the perception that IMDG nurses have about the role of professionals in this place as an educational space. The research also seeks to identify the importance perceived by professionals about their role in guiding young people towards the prevention of teenage pregnancy, characterizing teenage pregnancy prevention programs and their applicability in the IMDG and also identifying the teaching-learning theory applied in the training process for the health of primiparous adolescents. The main problem is presented in the starting question with the question about what perception do IMDG nurses have of the educational role that the space has and what is the importance of the multidisciplinary team in guiding young people in the context of pregnancy and adolescence prevention? It also presents secondary questions that ask about the factors perceived by professionals that justify the significant number of primiparous adolescents registered annually, the opinion of health professionals about the knowledge that adolescents have about the anatomy/physiology of the reproductive system and family planning methods. , the characteristics of the health education programs developed by IMDG in the context of preventing teenage pregnancy. The research approach is of a qualitative nature in which the semi-structured interview was used. Based on the data obtained, the researcher takes into account that health education is an effective way to prevent early pregnancy in primiparous adolescents and adolescents. In response to the starting question, the researcher states that the educational role of professionals is essential for adolescents to receive sufficient and enlightening information and guidance from the nursing team and educational social maternal assistance, extending to the adolescent's return to her social family life and school. It considers that the multidisciplinary team is important in the implementation of actions to reduce the rate of adolescents with early pregnancy.
