Resumo
O presente relatório de estágio pedagógico reflete todo o trabalho desenvolvido,
enquanto estagiária, ao longo do ano letivo de 2022/2023. Este processo está inserido no
Mestrado em Ensino da Educação Física nos Ensinos Básicos e Secundários, da Universidade
Lusófona, realizado na Escola Básica 2º e 3º Ciclo Conde de Oeiras. Este documento divide-se
em quatro áreas de intervenção: 1- Lecionação; 2- Direção de Turma; 3- Desporto Escolar; 4-
Seminário, relatando as escolhas e decisões pedagógicas concretizadas em cada área do estágio,
os desafios e as estratégias abordadas para os ultrapassar.
O estágio pedagógico foi dos momentos mais importantes na minha formação, tendo
a oportunidade de colocar em prática conhecimentos e aprendizagens teóricas adquiridas ao
longo de todo o percurso académico, estando em constante processo de reflexão, autocritica e
aperfeiçoamento.
Na área da Lecionação, estive responsável pela turma do 8ºA, onde foram visíveis os
progressos a nível individual e de turma, perante os objetivos estabelecidos. Foi notória a
evolução dos alunos presentes no projeto especifico de lecionação, concluindo o ano letivo com
um melhor aproveitamento das suas competências físicas. De realçar ainda a semana de
Professor a Tempo Inteiro que me ajudou a melhorar alguns aspetos na intervenção com os
alunos e a recolher dados para a preparação do projeto de seminário.
Na direção de turma destaca-se o projeto interdisciplinar do 8ºAno, a feira da cultura,
e o projeto especifico, a sustentabilidade enquanto cidadão. Estes projetos levaram a uma maior
aproximação dos alunos com as diversas problemáticas presentes na sociedade, desenvolvendo
nos alunos os valores de responsabilidade, exigência, reflexão e inovação, cidadania,
participação e liberdade, que se encontram presentes no Perfil do Aluno à saída da Escolaridade
Obrigatória.
No desporto escolar, integrei o núcleo de canoagem, tendo sido visível o progresso dos
alunos ao nível das habilidades técnicas e das suas capacidades físicas, através do projeto
especifico, desenvolvimento da força média e dos membros superiores, promovendo a
consciência acerca da importância do trabalho das diferentes capacidades motoras.
No seminário, foi realizado um documento orientador com diversos instrumentos para
as diversas abordagens da matéria de orientação, sendo que o principal problema observado era
a falta de um percurso fixo na ECO.

This pedagogical internship report reflects all the work I did as an intern during the 2022/2023 school year. This process is part of the Master's Degree in Teaching Physical Education in Primary and Secondary Education at the Lusófona University, carried out at the Conde de Oeiras Elementary School. This document is divided into four areas of intervention: 1- Teaching; 2- Class Management; 3- School Sports; 4- Seminar, reporting on the pedagogical choices and decisions made in each area of the internship, the challenges and the strategies used to overcome them. The pedagogical internship was one of the most important moments in my education, as I had the opportunity to put into practice all the knowledge and theoretical learning acquired throughout my academic career, constantly reflecting, self-criticizing and improving. In the area of teaching, I was responsible for the 8th grade class, where progress was visible on an individual and class level, given the objectives set. The evolution of the students involved in the specific teaching project was notable, and they finished the school year with a better use of their physical and socio-affective skills. I should also highlight the Full-Time Teacher week, which helped me to improve some aspects of my intervention with the students and to collect data for the preparation of the seminar project. In class management, I'd like to highlight the interdisciplinary project for Year 8, the culture fair, and the specific project, sustainability as a citizen. These projects have brought students closer to the various issues facing society, developing in them the values of responsibility, demand, reflection and innovation, citizenship, participation and freedom, which are present in the Profile of the Student leaving Compulsory Schooling. In school sport, I was a member of the canoeing team, where I saw the students' progress in terms of technical skills and their physical abilities, through the specific project, development of upper limb strength, promoting awareness of the importance of working on different motor skills. In the seminar, a guiding document was produced with various tools for the different approaches to the subject of orienteering, the main problem observed being the lack of a fixed course in ECO, followed by a lack of motivation to carry it out.
