Um estudo descritivo sobre a formação do enfermeiro no estágio supervisionado e suas implicações na vida prática profissional

Resumo
Esse estudo conduziu a pesquisadora a compreender como ocorre as práticas do
estagio supervisionado, a partir do discurso dos supervisores, colegas de trabalho, das
dificuldades enfrentadas durante as orientações das práticas em relação aos alunos que
chegavam para realizar as práticas, depois de ter estudado o conteúdo teórico na sala de
aula. Essa é uma pesquisa empírica, do tipo exploratória e descritiva, considerada uma
pesquisa de campo realizada através de uma investigação sistemática que investe em
uma coleta de dados através de uma entrevista semi - estruturada, com abordagem
qualitativa, em que a análise dos dados foi feita através da análise de conteúdo temático,
por ter sido a que consideramos a mais pertinente face ao tipo de estudo que
desenvolvemos. A pesquisa considera diversos atores, que são os profissionais de
enfermagem, professores de sala de aula, supervisores da prática clínica e os alunos que
realizam as práticas na instituição parceira, associando-se às questões de qualidade de
ensino e organizacional. Para isso, foram consultados cinco supervisores, além da
literatura que trata da temática, e observação das práticas supervisores-alunos. Os
teóricos que embasam esse estudo apontam a necessidade de formação dos supervisores
e da responsabilidade do aluno sobre o seu conhecimento adquirido. Com esse estudo
pretendemos assim contribuir com propostas de quebra de paradigmas com relação às
percepções dos supervisores sobre a formação dos alunos durante o estágio
supervisionado,para servir como base para dar subsídio para as práticas pedagógicas
sobre uma práxis de valorização do saber teórico-prático. Prevemos também que nosso
estudo levará a reflexão sobre conduta profissional enquanto docentes e supervisores do
curso de Bacharelado de enfermagem.
That study led the researcher to understand how occurs the practices of supervised internship, from the discourse of supervisors, co-workers, the difficulties faced Durantes the guidelines of practices for students who came to carry out the practices, after having studied the theoretical content in the classroom. This is an empirical research, exploratory and descriptive, considered a field research carried out in a systematic investigation that invests in a data collection through a semi-structured interview with a qualitative approach, in which the analysis was made through thematic content analysis because it was considered that the most pertinent face the type of study that desenvolvemos.A research considers various actors, who are nursing professionals, classroom teachers, supervisors of clinical practice and students as practicing at the partner institution, associating the quality of teaching and organizational issues. For this, five supervisors were consulted in addition to the literature on the subject, and observation of supervisors pupils practices. The theoretical underpinning this study indicate the need for training of supervisors and student responsibility for their acquired knowledge. With this study we intend to contribute with paradigm-breaking proposals regarding the perceptions of supervisors on the training of students during supervised training, to serve as the basis for giving subsidy for teaching practices on an appreciation of praxis of theoretical and practical knowledge. We anticipate that our study and also lead to reflection on professional conduct while teachers and supervisors of the course of Bachelor of Nursing.
