Resumo
Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo principal fazer uma apreciação entre alguns aspectos
relacionados à avaliação do aprendizado de empregados frente a um modelo de formação
contínua no ambiente de trabalho, no contexto de duas agências do Banco Life na cidade de
Manaus/AM; e como objetivo específico, estimular novas investigações com base nos
resultados obtidos de maneira a contribuir para os estudos em educação corporativa. A
fundamentação teórica desta investigação está baseada em estudos dos teóricos Bloom citado
por Savi, et al., (2010), Eboli (2010), Keller citado por Savi, et al., (2010), Kenski (2010),
Kirkpatrick (2010) e Phillips, at al., (2000) cujos trabalhos profissionais e pesquisas estão
voltadas à avaliação de treinamentos, educação corporativa e uso de tecnologias em processo
de ensino-aprendizagem. De acordo com a natureza do objeto deste estudo, optamos por
aplicar a metodologia quanti-qualitativa, porque os dados foram analisados tanto quantitativa,
como qualitativamente. Para alcançar os objetivos propostos foi aplicado um questionário
específico de perguntas fechadas aos empregados participantes logo após a experiência de
treinamento. Esta pesquisa foi realizada com um total de 35 empregados do Banco Life em
duas de suas agências na cidade de Manaus/AM.
The main objective of this research is to formulate an appreciation between some aspects which are related to employees learning evaluation, associated to a model of continuous training in job environment, inside a context of two Bank Life branches in Manaus/AM city; and as a specific objective, stimulating new researches based on the results obtained so as to contribute to studies in corporate education. Theoretical support for the undertaking of this investigation will be supplied by studies from researchers such as Bloom quoted by Savi, et al., (2010), Eboli (2010), Keller, quoted by Savi, et al., (2010), Kenski (2010), Kirkpatrick (2010) e Phillips, at al (2000), which professional works and studies are focused on training evaluation, corporative education and the usage of technologies in teaching-learning process as well. According to the nature of the object of this study, we chose to apply the quantitative-qualitative research methodology, as data were analyzed both quantitatively and qualitatively. To achieve the objectives a specific closed questions questionnaire was applied, to the participating employees, shortly after the training experience. This research was carried out with a total of 35 employees from Bank Life, in two of its branches in Manaus/AM.
