Resumo
Reconhecendo a importância das artes visuais e a necessidade de novas práticas e
estratégias da didática e da pedagogia no ensino artístico, a presente investigação, explora
os benefícios do trabalho cooperativo, como ferramenta pedagógica, com o objetivo de
fortalecer as relações entre alunos, e no desenvolvimento da criatividade.
Utilizou-se uma metodologia de investigação-ação aplicada na prática de ensino
supervisionada no ensino secundário, a uma turma do 12º ano de Artes Visuais. Partindo da
dificuldade sentida na turma, de comunicação e partilha entre alunos, propôs-se e
desenvolveu-se um projeto de intervenção num dos Jardins do Colégio, com a finalidade de
incentivar a criatividade e o sentido crítico dos alunos, através das relações e vivências que
o trabalho cooperativo exige.
Os dados recolhidos e analisados das diversas aulas, observadas e lecionadas, das
produções artísticas, dos resultados do trabalho e atitudes dos alunos, avaliações e
questionários respondidos, revelaram resultados positivos no desenvolvimento do sentido
crítico e criativo nas discussões e produções dos alunos. Evidenciaram também a
importância e o contributo do trabalho cooperativo, no desenvolvimento das relações
pessoais e sociais dos alunos no processo criativo de um projeto, alicerçado na metodologia
projetual.
Recognizing the importance of visual arts and the need for new practices and strategies of didactics and pedagogy in artistic education, the present investigation explores the benefits of cooperative work, as a pedagogical tool, with the aim of strengthening relationships between students, in the development of creativity. An action investigation methodology was used, applied in the practice of supervised teaching in secondary education, to a class of the 12th year of Visual Arts. Starting from the difficulty felt in the class, of communication and sharing between students, an intervention project was proposed and developed in one of the College gardens, with the purpose of encouraging creativity and critical sense of students, through relationships and experiences, that cooperative work requires. The data collected and analyzed from the different classes, observed and taught, from the artistic productions, from the results of the work and attitudes of the students, evaluations and answered questionnaires, revealed positive results in the development of a critical and creative sense in the discussions and productions of the students. They also highlighted the importance and contribution of cooperative work in the development of students' personal and social relationships in the creative process of a project based on the project methodology.
