Resumo
A dissertação apresentada enquadra-se numa abordagem qualitativa, promovendo a
importância de um conhecimento compreensivo dos fenómenos sociais através da interacção
com o contexto, apreendendo o significado e conhecimento através de uma perspectiva
interpretativa no estudo efectuado com actores concretos no desenvolvimento das suas
práticas profissionais.
Por tema consideramos a Implementação de um Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade em Creche– Estudo de Caso – A Creche – Vale Flor.
O objecto de estudo foca-se na prestação de cuidados a crianças na primeira infância, na resposta social de Creche, considerando a Humanização dos serviços enquanto factor de qualidade.
Os conceitos estruturadores partem de uma abordagem dos sistemas de gestão da qualidade em equipamento de educação para a infância e questionam o modelo vigente, à luz da filosofia e metodologia de cuidados denominada Humanitude.
As linhas problematizadoras começam por definir o conceito de desenvolvimento da Criança e os modelos de educação para a infância. Questiona-se como a prestação de cuidados
em Creche e a estimulação das relações interpessoais contribuem para o desenvolvimento integral da criança. Acrescenta-se a metodologia de cuidados em Humanitude sugerindo que esta seja parte integrante da qualidade no serviço prestado à Criança. Este questionamento
pretende responder a uma preocupação: como se consegue fazer interagir as normas de qualidade em Creche com os pilares definidores dos cuidados em Humanitude, de modo a definir as dimensões orientadoras dos cuidados no desenvolvimento infantil integral e integrado.
The dissertation is part of a qualitative approach, promoting the importance of a comprehensive understanding of social phenomena through interaction with the context, understanding the meaning and knowledge through an interpretive perspective in the study carried out with concrete actors in the development of their professional practices. By theme we consider the Implementation of a Quality Management System in Daycare - Case Study - A Creche - Vale Flor. The object of study is focused on providing care to children in early childhood, in the social response of Daycare, considering the Humanization of services as a quality factor. The structuring concepts start from an approach of the systems of quality management in equipment of education for the childhood and question the current model, in the light of the philosophy and methodology of care denominated Humanitude. The problematizing lines begin by defining the concept of development of the Child and the models of preschool education. It is questioned how care delivery in Daycare and the stimulation of interpersonal relationships contribute to the integral development of the child. Humanitude's methodology of care is added, suggesting that this is an integral part of the quality of the service provided to the Child. This questioning aims to respond to a concern: how can we interact the quality standards in Daycare with the defining pillars of care in Humanitude, in order to define the dimensions of care in integral and integrated child development.
