Análise comparativa dos conteúdos em fibra de suplementos e MNSRM existentes no mercado e o papel da fibra na microbiota intestinal

Resumo
A presente dissertação pretende analisar, de uma forma crítica os suplementos e MNSRM com fibra, no mercado nacional.
Primeiro descreveu-se a microbiota intestinal, o seu funcionamento, as consequências do seu desequilíbrio, os efeitos dos hábitos alimentares no trato gastrointestinal, as interações dos componentes alimentares na microbiota intestinal.
Em segundo lugar, após definir a constituição e as características funcionais da fibra, identificou-se a forte relação entre estas e a diversidade microbiana. Apresentou-se ainda as definições de suplementos alimentares e MNSRM e fez-se a comparação entre eles.
Em terceiro lugar, de modo a conseguir o objetivo primordial deste trabalho, procedeu-se à procura de suplementos e MNSRM, no mercado nacional, cuja composição tivesse componentes de fibra, procedendo para isso à recolha de informação destes produtos, junto dos locais de venda: farmácias, Wells, Celeiros e lojas online e procedeu-se a uma investigação bibliográfica da literatura científica, com base essencialmente no Pubmed, cuja pesquisa se centrou na procura de artigos com menos de cinco anos de publicação, recorreu-se também ao Google Scholar (Académico), tendo como palavras-chave, microbiota, fibra dietética, suplementos, MNSRM, plantas com fibra, entre outros.

The present dissertation intends to analyze, in a critical way, the supplements and MNSRM with fiber, in the national market. First, the intestinal microbiota, its functioning, the consequences of its imbalance, the effects of eating habits on the gastrointestinal tract, the interactions of food components in the intestinal microbiota were described. Second, after defining the constitution and functional characteristics of the fiber, the strong relationship between these and microbial diversity was identified. The definitions of food supplements and MNSRM were also presented and a comparison was made between them. Thirdly, in order to achieve the main objective of this work, we proceeded to search for supplements and MNSRM, in the national market, whose composition had fiber components, proceeding to the collection of information on these products, from the points of sale: pharmacies, Wells, Celeiros and online stores and a bibliographic investigation of the scientific literature was carried out, based essentially on Pubmed, whose research was focused on the search for articles with less than five years of publication, Google Scholar was also used (Academic), having as keywords, microbiota, dietary fiber, supplements, MNSRM, plants with fiber, among others.
