Retratos de professores: associativismo docente em Pernambuco - 1979 / 1982.

Abstract

Este trabalho teve como tema de investigação o cotidiano de vida dos professores da Rede Pública Estadual de Pernambuco participantes do movimento associativista, tendo como questão de partida saber como se deu a mobilização conhecida por “Novo Sindicalismo”, durante vigência da Ditadura civil-militar (1979-1982). O estudo esteve pautado no objetivo geral e nos objetivos específicos. Primeiro, procurando conhecer a partir das narrativas dos docentes o trabalho e mobilização realizada no curso da greve deflagrada sob coordenação da Associação dos Professores do Ensino Oficial de Pernambuco (APENOPE) em 1979. Como também, a partir dos Boletins da Secretaria de Educação ao comparar o discurso imagético oficial para apresentar as condições de trabalho oferecidas ao docentes. Também, a partir dos prontuários policiais do DOPS/PE coube analisar a relação entre os gestores da Secretaria de Educação/SEE, Unidades escolares e a Secretaria de Segurança Pública - SSP/PE. A pesquisa foi conduzida com cinco (05) professores, do quadro da Rede Estadual de Ensino e um (01) chargista atuante na imprensa local. Foi aplicada entrevista narrativa semi-estruturada voltada numa abordagem qualitativa. O resultado demonstra que os docentes participantes da greve de 1979, durante fase do “Novo sindicalismo”, apresentaram nas memórias a influência do discurso produzido pela imprensa, o que possibilitou o despertar de uma postura reivindicativa mais agressiva, não aceitação de uma política meramente assistencialista e também de dependência esfera pública.

This study had as its research theme the everyday life of teachers of the State Public Education Network of Pernambuco, all of them participants in the associative movement. The starting point was to know how happened the mobilization known as "New Unionism" during the period of the Brazilian civil-military dictatorship (1979-1982). The study was guided by an overall objective and specific objectives. First of all the aim was to know, from the narratives of the teachers, about the work and the mobilization carried out during the strike broke out under the coordination of the Association of Teachers of Official Education of Pernambuco State (APENOPE) in 1979, as well as the Reports of the Department of Education in order to compare the official imagistic discourse to present the working conditions offered to teachers. And from the police records of DOPS / PE they have been accomplished analyses from the relation between the managers of the Department of Education / SEE, school units and the Department of Public Safety - SSP / PE. The research was developed with five (05) tenured teachers of the State Public Education Network and one (01) caricaturist active in the local press. It was applied a semi-structured narrative interview focused on a qualitative approach. The result shows that the teachers participants of the strike in 1979 during the phase of the "New Unionism" presented in their memories the influence of the discourse produced by the press, which allowed the awakening of a more aggressive vindictive position, not accepting a political system merely based on social assistance or the dependence of the public sphere.
