Programa de Alfabetização na Idade Certa (PAIC) : implicações na organização do trabalho do coordenador pedagógico nas turmas de 2º ano no município de Acaraú-CE

Abstract

Neste estudo se discute a influência do SPAECE/Alfa e do PAIC no direcionamento do trabalho do coordenador, confrontando o que a literatura especializada aborda sobre o seu trabalho, buscando compreender até que ponto o PAIC e o SPAECE/Alfa podem influenciar a prática desses profissionais. O objetivo geral consiste em analisar as implicações do Programa de Alfabetização na Idade Certa (PAIC) na organização do trabalho do Coordenador Pedagógico no Município de Acaraú - CE. Como metodologia realizou-se uma pesquisa de campo com escolas no Município de Acaraú - CE. A pesquisa caracteriza-se como descritiva e exploratória de natureza qualitativa. O levantamento das informações foi feito por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas. Foram entrevistados (08) oito diretores; (08) oito coordenadores pedagógicos e (08) oito professores do 2º ano de (08) oito escolas do Município de Acaraú - CE, representando, cerca de 30% do total do município. As respostas dos participantes desta pesquisa foram separadas como proposições com sentido, categorizadas e analisadas. Ao final do estudo, comparando-se as escolas do Município de Acaraú - CE não foram verificadas diferenças significativas em relação à forma de atuação voltada para os resultados do SPAECE Alfa. Por vezes os discursos dos profissionais das escolas de piores resultados se assemelham às de melhores resultados. Todavia, chama-se a atenção para uma das escolas de melhores resultados com menor número de alunos que destacou como um diferencial de suas ações a busca pela proximidade com a família dos alunos, envolvendo-as no processo de alfabetização de suas crianças. Dentre os resultados que merecem destaque cita-se a necessidade de mais ações do Município para a formação continuada desses profissionais, abrangendo também a direção das escolas e não se resumindo aos cursos mensais, com a busca constante por aperfeiçoar suas práticas.

This study discusses the influence of SPAECE / Alfa and PAIC in directing the work of the coordinator, confronting what the specialized literature approaches about his work, trying to understand the extent to which a program such as PAIC and an external evaluation as the SPAECE Alfa can influence the practice of these professionals. The general objective was to analyze the implications of the Literacy Program in the Right Age (PAIC) in the Work Organization of the Pedagogical Coordinator in the Municipality of Acaraú - CE. As methodology, a field survey was conducted with schools in the municipality of Acaraú - CE. The research is classified as descriptive and exploratory of a qualitative nature. The information was collected through observation techniques, semi-structured interviews and documentary analysis. Both the observations and the interviews followed a different script for director, teacher and pedagogical coordinator, always with emphasis on the work of the pedagogical coordinator. Eight directors, eight pedagogical coordinators and 08 second-year teachers from eight schools in the city of Acaraú-CE, representing about 30% of the total municipality, were interviewed. The responses of the participants of this research were categorized in keywords and analyzed using the method of content analysis proposed by Bardin (2004), having as the technique thematic analysis. At the end of the study, comparing the schools in the municipality of Acaraú-CE, there were no significant differences in relation to the performance of the SPAECE Alfa results, sometimes the speeches of the professionals of the schools with the worst results are similar to those of better results. However, attention is drawn to one of the best-performing schools with the lowest number of students, highlighting as a differential of their actions the search for closeness to the students' family, involving it in the process of literacy of their children. Among the results that deserve mention is the ecessity of more actions of the mnicípio for the continued formation of these professionals, also covering the direction of the schools and not being limited to the monthly courses, with the constant search to perfect their practices.
