A Crise do Ensino Noturno mostra-se cada vez mais acentuada. Essa discussão toma ênfase em Sergipe entre os anos 2006 a 2010, período em que o número de matrículas, diminuiu expressivamente. Nesse sentido, pensou-se em analisar as razões que conduziram à crise do ensino noturno das escolas da Rede Pública Estadual de Sergipe, sobretudo da capital Aracaju e sua periferia. A metodologia por meio da qual foi construído este trabalho foi através da pesquisa de campo, que possibilitou uma visão mais ampla e concreta da temática em evidência. O uso do estudo de caso, nesta pesquisa, foi pertinente porque se refere a uma temática contemporânea, específica, em que a observação, a entrevista, a participação e o envolvimento dos sujeitos tornaram-se algo concreto e real. Justificou-se, portanto, o estudo de caso por ser um estudo específico sobre uma realidade pouco estudada e que tem implicações importantes na realidade local. De acordo com a aplicação dos questionários, entrevistas, relatórios recebidos, levantamento bibliográfico, acesso a documentos oficiais e análise dos mesmos, observou-se que o ensino noturno está vivendo uma crise no ensino noturno. A falta de uma política de Estado no âmbito da educação e a evasão escolar são os grandes vilões para a crise do ensino noturno. Caminhos foram apresentados pelos sujeitos envolvidos no processo para buscar uma solução diante da realidade difícil do turno noturno. Portanto, a pesquisa realizada permite-nos debruçarmos acerca do dilema da educação noturna, contribuindo para uma reflexão profunda e emergencial. São vários os problemas do turno em estudo, porém, as alternativas foram apresentadas com a única finalidade, trazer vida e esperança de dias melhores para o ensino noturno.
The Crisis of Education Night shows increasingly pronounced . This discussion takes emphasis in Sergipe between the years 2006-2010 , a period when enrollment decreased significantly . In this sense , the idea was to analyze the reasons that led to the crisis in education night school Network Public State of Sergipe , Aracaju particularly the capital and its outskirts . The methodology by which this work was built by descriptive . Field research , which enabled a broader thematic and concrete evidence .The use of the case study , this research was relevant because it refers to a contemporary theme , specific , in that observation, interview, participation and involvement of the subjects became something concrete and real. Justified , therefore, the case study to be a specific study on a reality little studied and has important implications for the local reality . According to the questionnaires , interviews , reports received , literature , access to official documents and analyze the same , it was observed that the night school is experiencing a crisis in night school . The lack of a state policy in education and truancy are major villains to the crisis in night school . Paths were presented by the subjects involved in the process to find a solution before the harsh reality of the night shift . Therefore , the survey allows the dilemma by concentrating on education night , contributing to a deep reflection and emergency . Several problems of the shift in the study , however, the alternatives were presented with a single purpose, to bring life and hope for better days to night school .
