Resumo
O presente relatório apresenta o processo e as reflexões realizadas no estágio pedagógico.
Na área da Lecionação, ao longo do ano foram desenvolvidas as capacidades dos alunos a
nível das aprendizagens prioritárias, com vista ao alcance dos objetivos finais de ano. O
projeto de lecionação incidiu sobre o impacto da formação de grupos na inclusão de alunos
com défice cognitivo severo, em Educação Física. Este projeto contribui significativamente,
não só para o desenvolvimento e integração, mas também no processo de aprendizagem à
semelhança dos restantes alunos. Relativamente à semana de Professor a Tempo Inteiro,
consegui desenvolver as minhas capacidades, nomeadamente a nível de instrução e feedback,
bem como a gestão dos tempos da aula. A realização de coadjuvação na turma do 4ºano,
permitiu a aquisição conhecimentos a nível de abordagens pedagógicas e estratégias de ensino
do 1ºciclo.
Na área da Direção de Turma, a intervenção foi bastante relevante a respeito das suas funções,
resultando em melhorias nos casos de assiduidade e aproveitamento dos alunos. O projeto
desta área teve um contributo bastante positivo nos hábitos de vida saudável, intervindo sobre
as práticas dos alunos, mais concretamente nas horas de sono e na prática de atividade física
diária. A Saída de Campo implicou uma organização conjunta entre núcleo de estágio,
professores do Conselho de Turma e Grupo de Educação Física, com o propósito de alcançar
os objetivos de multidisciplinariedade e consolidação de matérias abordadas durante o ano.
Na área do Desporto Escolar, o surf foi a modalidade escolhida, tendo tido um impacto
significativo no desenvolvimento das capacidades dos alunos. A minha intervenção nesta área
foi marcada pela lecionação de sessões de surf, autonomamente garantindo as condições de
segurança e proposta de situações de aprendizagem adaptadas aos alunos. No projeto desta
área, procurei especificar quais os conteúdos referentes ao nível de introdução, para que haja
uma conformidade no trabalho dos treinadores e professores de Surf.
Na área do Seminário, investiguei sobre o tema inclusão de alunos com défice cognitivo em
Educação Física identificando os princípios de atuação para a inclusão de um caso no 10ºC.
Neste seguimento, os princípios encontrados aliados a conhecimentos bibliográficos, às
experiências de professores e à minha intervenção, durante o ano, contribuíram
significativamente para a inclusão deste aluno. Esta investigação revelou que uma Educação
Física inclusiva oferece um ambiente de oportunidades apropriadas para todos os alunos no
envolvimento do currículo.

This report presents the process and reflections made during the pedagogical internship. In the area of teaching, during the year, the students' abilities were developed at the level of priority learning, in order to achieve the final objectives of the year. The teaching project focused on the impact of group formation on the inclusion of students with severe cognitive deficit in Physical Education. This project contributed significantly, not only in the development and integration, but also in the learning process as with the other students. Regarding the week of Full-Time Teacher, I was able to develop my skills, particularly in terms of instruction and feedback, as well as the management of class times. The co-teaching of the 4th year class allowed me to acquire knowledge in terms of pedagogical approaches and teaching strategies for the 1st cycle. In the area of Class Management, the intervention was quite relevant in its functions, resulting in improvements in the cases of attendance and student achievement. The project in this area had a very positive contribution in healthy living habits, intervening on the students' practices, more specifically on sleeping hours and daily physical activity. The Field Trip involved a joint organization between the internship core, teachers from the Class Council and the Physical Education Group, in order to achieve the objectives of multidisciplinarity and consolidation of subjects covered during the year. In the area of School Sports, surf was the sport chosen, which had a significant impact on the development of students' skills. My intervention in this area was marked by the teaching of surf sessions autonomously, ensuring safety conditions and proposing learning situations adapted to the students. In this area, I tried to specify the contents referring to the introductory level, to guarantee conformity in the work of coaches and surf teachers. In the Seminar area, I investigated the theme of inclusion of students with cognitive deficit in Physical Education, identifying the principles of action for the inclusion of a case in 10ºC. These principles found allied to bibliographic knowledge, teachers' experiences and my intervention, during the year, contributed significantly to the inclusion of this student. This research revealed that an inclusive Physical Education provides an environment of appropriate opportunities for all students in engaging the curriculum.
