It is concluded that the difficulties were aggravated by the lack of available resources and also by the modality of telework, in the areas of intervention. Despite all the difficulties, and the underload of the teams, the ability to adapt to the new event was demonstrated, with the introduction of intervention through the means of distance communication, between the coordinators, family helpers and relatives of the elderly.
