Resumo
O relatório de estágio enquadra o aluno estagiário na função de analista de
performance na equipa de juniores (sub-19) do Real Sport Clube, evidenciando as suas
tarefas e funções, realizadas ao longo da época desportiva.
Com o desenvolvimento do relatório, considera-se que os objetivos definidos foram
alcançados, ao desenvolver uma metodologia de observação e análise e integrar a equipa
principal do clube como analista.
O estudo apresentado neste relatório de estágio procurou analisar as situações de
finalização da equipa. Foram realizados 229 remates em 18 jogos, dos quais 40
terminaram em golo. Os resultados do estudo sugerem que é importante combinar
diferentes métodos de jogo ao verificar que o ataque rápido resultou em mais finalizações,
mas a equipa marcou mais golos através dos esquemas táticos 35% (n = 14) e de ataque
posicional 25% (n = 10); inícios de ataques realizados na zona média ofensiva central
aumenta as possibilidades de terminar em golo 25% ; mais golos foram marcados na zona
de penalti 60%; combinações até 4 passes são mais preponderantes a conseguir situações
de finalização 78.6% (n = 180); a equipa conseguiu conquistar mais pontos a jogar em
casa 81,5%; o período de jogo entre os 76 e 90 minutos é o momento mais favorável para
a equipa marcar golo; marcar o 1º golo do jogo aumenta a probabilidade da equipa vencer
o jogo;. Este estudo contribui para o desenvolvimento de novas investigações,
principalmente em contextos amadores e de formação, sendo necessário incluir o analista
como um elemento fundamental para as equipas técnicas
This internship report, fits the student intern in the role of performance analyst in Real Sport Clube youth team (under-19), showing his tasks and works throughout the season. With the development of the report, it is considered that the defined objectives were achieved, by creating an observation and analysis methodology and joining the club first team as a performance analyst. The study presented in this internship report searched to analyze the team shooting situations. A sample of 229 shots were made in 18 games, which 40 ended in goal. The results of the study suggests that is important to combine different playing methods by verifying that the quick attack resulted in more shots but the team scored more goals from set plays 35% (n = 14) and positional attack 25% (n = 10); attacks started in the central offensive zone increases the chances of ending in goal 25%; more goals were scored in the penalty area 60%; combinations up to 4 passes are more likely to achieve shooting situations 78.6% (n = 180); the team managed to win more points playing at home 81,5%; the game period between 76 and 90 minutes is the most favorable time for the team to score a golo; scoring the first goal of the game increases the probability of the team winning the game. This study contributes to the development of new investigations, mainly in amateur and youth contexts, making it necessary to include performance analysts as fundamental elements for technical teams.
