Tecnologia, e visa apresentar, sucintamente, as particulares orientações conceptuais e
O relatório contempla sete capítulos, i.e.: (i) plano individual de estágio; (ii)
caracterização geral; (iii) orientações concetuais e metodológicas; (iv) modelos (do jogo, treino
e análise); (v) controlo do treino; (vi) controlo do processo competitivo; e (vii) autorreflexão,
This Internship Report was drafted within the scope of the Internship course of the Master's degree in Football, taught by the Lusophone University of Humanities and Technology, and aims to present, briefly, the particular conceptual and operational guidelines of the training and game of a football team. The stage was held in the U19 women's soccer team of Sporting Clube de Portugal, during the 2017/2018 sports season, whose role was as assistant coach. The report covers seven chapters, ie: (i) individual internship plan; (ii) general characterization; (iii) conceptual and methodological orientations; (iv) models (the game, training and analysis); (v) training control; (vi) control of the competitive process; and (vii) self-reflection, fundamentally focused on the concept of training and soccer game modeling. In the sports plan, it is noteworthy that during the season, 28 official matches were made, which translate into a total competitive volume of 1960 minutes. The quality of this competitive volume, based on the particular modeling of the training and respective game of the team from the training context, was translated, on the one hand, in the accomplishment of the procedural objectives that respect the integral evolution of each player and the learning according to the references and criteria defined by the technical team; and, on the other, in achieving the competitive objectives, namely by winning the national junior championship.
