The study was motivated by experience in the classroom with a diversified school population, characterized by multiple cultural representations, and by the concerns adjacent to the exercise of future teaching. To do so, it explores through reflective practices, resulting from an organized structure of the visual arts teaching process, the contributions that it provides to a multicultural population. Trying to find out what challenges the teacher has in the study context, and what tools and mechanisms allow teaching visual arts. The results were obtained through a dialogic and participatory practice of direct observation, the biographical record, graphic records of students, observation grids, questionnaires and self-assessment tokens. Privileged the qualitative method to elaborate a description and analysis of the information collected.
