Resumo
O presente relatório de estágio, apresenta uma visão geral do estágio realizado no Departamento de RH na JCDecaux Portugal, no âmbito do Mestrado em Gestão Avançada de RH, pela Universidade Lusófona de Lisboa. A JCDecaux é uma multinacional francesa com presença internacional, que explora o mercado de publicidade outdoor e mobiliário urbano em 81 países. Foi fundada em 1964, entrando em Portugal em 1972, tornando-se o 3º país do grupo. No Departamento de RH, são tratados vários temas e áreas inerentes ao funcionamento organizacional e gestão de capital humano, como: recrutamento e seleção, retenção de talento, clima organizacional, formação e desenvolvimento, processamento salarial, entre outras temáticas inerentes à gestão de pessoas. O objetivo primordial deste estágio, foi percecionar a visão abrangente e interdisciplinar acerca da importância do papel dos RH em contexto organizacional. Neste sentido, durante o período de estágio foi possível a integração em várias áreas e tarefas essenciais à gestão de RH, alinhando o conhecimento teórico à vertente prática. O presente relatório de estágio propõe a descrição das tarefas desenvolvidas com foco em soluções que propiciem um melhor rendimento no contexto organizacional interno da JCDecaux. Todavia, durante o período de Estágio foi possível o desenvolvimento de um projeto, através da criação de um manual de procedimentos internos. A criação de um manual de procedimentos, promove a autonomia e desempenho face aos temas tratados em várias áreas de RH, prevenindo eventualidades face a ausências ou mudanças estruturais da equipa. This internship report presents an overview of the internship carried out in the HR Department at JCDecaux Portugal, as part of the Master's program in Advanced HR Management at Universidade Lusófona de Lisboa. JCDecaux is a French multinational with an international presence, operating in the outdoor advertising and street furniture market in more than 80 countries. It was founded in 1964 and entered Portugal in 1972, making it the group's third country. The HR Department deals with various topics and areas inherent to organizational functioning and human capital management, such as: recruitment and selection, talent retention, organizational climate, training and development, salary processing, among other topics inherent to people management. The main aim of this internship was to gain a comprehensive and interdisciplinary view of the importance of the role of HR in an organizational context. In this sense, during the internship period it was possible to integrate various areas and tasks essential to HR management, aligning theoretical knowledge with practical aspects. However, this internship report proposes a description of the tasks carried out with a focus on solutions that provide better performance in JCDecaux's internal organizational context. However, during the internship period it was possible to develop a small project, through the implementation of an internal procedure’s manual. The creation of a procedure’s manual promotes autonomy and performance in relation to the issues dealt with in various areas of HR, preventing eventualities in the event of absences or structural changes in the team.
